It's fine for adding into a recipe, but over processed foods are not what I typically enjoy, nor what I recommend because of the overwhelming saltiness and oiliness.

There were 7 of us, yes 7 family members. The cheese were fresh, moist and delish! Always plenty for all of us for our taco dinner and chili too. Very good cheese.

I buy this for the value since everything else is so expensive! Ive mixed it to stretch the mozzarella in recipes ect. Its not dry like some shredded cheeses & the blend tastes good!

This is our family’s “go-to” shredded cheese, it works with pretty much anything we would ever need shredded cheese for. It works especially well for omelets and quesadillas!

Cheese has very good flavor but most of all was the price. I paid right around $3.00/pound which I separated into 5-1lb bags and put in freezer so I can pull out and use as needed.
