Are you KIDDING me? Awesome shredded Mexican blend cheese for $2.50 per lb? Hook me up. We've used it on tacos, quesadillas, and hot dogs. Great cheese. I do think unless you will use it quickly you should follow the instructions to rebag and freeze. Thanks, Sam's Club.
