Cheese has very good flavor but most of all was the price. I paid right around $3.00/pound which I separated into 5-1lb bags and put in freezer so I can pull out and use as needed.

This is a regular purchase for our family. We put it on our Mexican food, chili, scrambled eggs... Pretty much everything. Having one huge bag is not a hindrance. It doesn't sweat, clump and spoil like the mozzarella.

Love the blend of four cheeses! It's perfect for topping tacos and kiolbassa before putting it under the oven broiler to brown it for a couple minutes

This cheese has a great flavor, melts well and doesn’t seem to have a chalkiness to the cheese. The only thing that would make it better would be a different type of resealable packaging. The strip to reseal does not work well.
