Great steaks!

Range is too wide

1.5-5 lbs is way too wide of a range. I have a family of 5, so we probably need about 2 1/2 pounds at most. Do I order one or do I have to order 2 and just hope they didn't give me 7 1/2 unnecessary pounds? Not all of us have freezer chests.
