Very nice was nice and tender when husband cooked them

Marinated and pan cooked was delicious

Great steak for anything, I use it for steak on the grill or air fryer, cut it up for Philly cheese steak, make tacos with it, make jerky and also grind it up for burgers. Cut it into bites fry it and make a gravy and put it on mashed potatoes
