This brand has the least amount of fat chunks I’ve seen other brands I spend minutes scooping them out before adding eggs. Has some spice to it. I cook mine first then add in eggs and scramble it, the more eggs you add the less spicy. I add 7 eggs to one sausage roll. Serve over tortillas

I bought this with no specific plan to use it. I figured I'd find a way. Well last night I decided to put it in spaghetti..and man was it good! I will be buying this again. Convenient because the 3 packs can be separated.

Sams needs to always sell this! They need better tortillas though.

This chorizo has way too much clove, would love an alternative brand.
