It is hard to find a good chorizo, but this one is quite delicious and easy to prepare.

Like all Mexican Chorizo you buy it is not solid so I mix it with pork sausage before using and it is delicious

I bought this with no specific plan to use it. I figured I'd find a way. Well last night I decided to put it in spaghetti..and man was it good! I will be buying this again. Convenient because the 3 packs can be separated.
