27g of Sugar!

I picked this up at the store and when I got home I looked at the label and realized it has way too much sugar. It's overly sweet and would have preferred the "diet" version. Maybe they could update the names. "Green Tea Citrus Sugar" and "Green Tea Citrus Healthy" I'm not sure why it needs to be called diet anymore.

Excalibur

I love the tea but can someone please explain to me why they're so hard to open? I'm a healthy 23 year old and yet it often takes me 5 minutes and trying 6 different cloths to grip with to get it open. Every time. Every bottle. I looked online and have seen other complaints of this exact issue from up to 8 years ago. Please change the lids. -loyal customer with raw hands

Great tea horrible packaging

I buy this all the time in 12 pack, It always has 5 or 6 that are next to impossible to open, I am not weak or old but I have to use channel licks to open them. I had for friends in the garage and not one if us could open it w8thout channel locks, ridiculous, the drink is great the bottle top is flawed.. Wont buy again just to save the frustration

Charged double the CRV fee

Just bought a case of 24 of Lipton Diet tea. CRV fee for containers under 20 ounces is supposed to be 5 cents. Totalling $1.20 on 24 bottles. Saw on my receipt that I was charged DOUBLE that at $2.40 which is 10 cents a bottle. What a ripoff. It would cost me more in gas to go back for a refund since I live 9 miles away. Check your receipts before leaving the store if you live in a state that charges CRV!!! Very unhappy. Trying to cut costs by shopping here, despite the long drive. Getting overcharged defeats the purpose and upsets me.

Love the drink. HATE the bottle.

We have been drinking this diet green tea citrus for quite some time now and love it. BUT what is wrong with the bottle caps? They are like razor blades. I can nearly open a bottle. I usually have to find something to cover it or have my husband open for me. They are terrible. There is no way an older person or child could open these. Please check into this.

Great taste!

Love this drink. Keep it stocked as an alternative to soda. Unfortunately I’ve purchased the multi pack numerous occasions and the cap is VERY difficult to open. It seriously hurts and needs great effort to twist off with a towel at least. If it weren’t for that, I would’ve given 5 stars.

Can’t open the jug

Our household loves this drink and I bought jugs for Thanksgiving. In future I would like to buy the gallon jugs. However I drove three jugs to my brother in law and he used an adjustable wrench to get the jug open. Usually the individual bottles can be opened without resorting to tools!

Flavor has changed - bitterly sweet

We have been buying this product by the case for several years. The 4 12-packs we just bought, with different 'best by' dates taste bitterly sweet, much more so than what we had last month. What sweetener is being used now? Or have you changed the distributor from which you buy the sweetener? Something has definitely changed! As a diabetic, the taste is obvious and I cannot tolerate the added sweetness. If you are changing the formulation, you should be required to notify your consumers. What a loss.

Horrible!

I was about to write you and tell you that whatever you changed when you started selling the new bottle shape was a terrible change. Bur in looking at the name, this is different than the Lipton Diet Green tea Citrus that I love. Seems the All Natural version is all they're selling in the travel/convenience stores. And to my taste it is terrible. So glad you didn't actually change the taste of the Diet Green Tea Citrus!

Good Until Changed

I have been drinking Lipton Green Iced Tea Citrus for years. It's been a good drink each night. But I was very disappointed with my latest purchase. The recipe has been changed, and it isn't as good. It may be my last purchase if I can't get the old recipe that's made with high fructose corn syrup.
