I love the flavor of this tea. I enjoy the taste of both lemon as well as ginger. It is a very soothing taste and smell and it also good for your throat and stomach. I have very bad stomach acid issues and when I drink this tea it soothes my stomach and makes me feel better.

Product is great, but the decision to eliminate the gallon container was a CRITICAL MANAGEMENT ERROR! I am diabetic like many other reviewers. Unfortunately, management does not appear to be listening. My recycle bin is overflowing! I have already gone to another product for hydration.

So what if it is good tea, if you can't open the bottle and get blisters trying to open it...then it is useless. Yesesterday i literally had to stab a hole in the plastic with a knife to get my tea out. Do better Lipton or I'll have to go to Arizona Brand.

This is a great drink. I love it, especially over ice. But honestly, the cap on the bottle is almost impossible to open. I'm a pretty big, strong guy, and I've never had trouble with this kind of cap. EVERY bottle cap of this great tea is like this. My wife can't open them. We've resorted to having to have a rubber jar opener to open one of these bottles.

I buy the tea with at my local heb or at sams and the taste has been off a lot. I am familiar with industrial processes but the should be a better control mechanism for the flavor level. I have to consistent bring a case back or throw it out if i tossed the receipt.

I have found my forever tea!! I really love Lipton Green Tea Citrus, it is not real strong, just seems to have the right amount of everything. I am really loving this tea and it has got me off the soda's too. What a great flavor this tea has. Thank you Lipton for making such a great product!

This tea is great tasting, and always refreshing. But, let’s talk about the design of the lid for the 128 oz option. Every single time I buy one, I can never get the lid open by myself. The little ridges on the lid always cut my hand, and leave friction burn. Great drink, but let’s make a more friendly lid.

I love this tea, but the bottle cap is so tight that I had a find someone to open it everytime. Initially I though it's just me but all the ladies around me whom I asked they were not able to open it as well. They said that this cap is stuck, but what they didn't know is that it is the issue with all the bottles. Major consumers of green tea are women, but if women cannot open the bottle cap then it is very frustrating. This bottle caps are unusually jammed.

Honestly this is THE BEST citrus green tea out there! and I can tell you i have tasted all I can get my hands on. I am a huge green tea drinker and usually make my own but this one IS my favorite and I LOVE it! I usually only drink green tea or water so I know exactly what I am talking about. I have also tasted Lipton's other green tea (the non natural one) and honestly it does not compare to the Natural Teas. I am also VERY upset that they are replacing the Natural for the regular green tea. STOP IT! I want my Natural back!

I have always disliked the flavor of the Natural.  It leaves  a terrible after taste in your mouth...I recently purchased a couple of 12 pks of the Diet green tea Citrus,  I buy around 4- 12 pks a week, and both of them, 24 bottles, tasted like the Natural.  If I buy another 12 pk, and it taste like the  Natural, I'm afraid I'll have to turn to water, I don't drink soda.
