This mix makes great muffins. Each pouch of mix makes a dozen muffins. We like to stir in some chocolate or peanut chips %26 we also sometimes add nuts or pumpkin seeds. Chia seeds are a great addition as well.

Just add water, bananas and egg and you'r ready to cook.
