The taste was pretty good... it is hard to find bacon that has any flavor! This was better than most!

I usually fry up the 3 pounds at once and put in Ziplock in fridge. Then I can grab a few pieces and heat up in microwave for breakfast or sandwich.

I love Black Label Thick Cut bacon. The flavor can't be beat. It does cost more than other bacon but the taste outweighs the cost.
