10th time to purchase. Usually good meat to fat ratio on slices. Last 10 peices were 80% fat in this package.

This is the only bacon I've found that wasn't mostly fat. I'm sick of buying bacon to have 20% meat and 80% fat. These taste delicious.

Always a good cut with lots if pork meat. No need to add salt but i usually add pepper when cooking. 3 lbs. goes quickly

Taste is fine. In our packages the strips would not peel off in whole strips. Most broke in the middle because of a cut in the slab before slicing.

There needs to be a measurement of what dictates 'thin cut' and 'thick cut' - This is not thick cut bacon.

We love Hormel thick sliced bacon in the pound pks but was disappointed with this 3 pd pack labeled thick sliced - the slices were thin not thick

Great taste but lost a start for inconsistency. I bought two packs and one was nice and thick and the other was thin so it's hard to count on,.
