Good coffee

There are a few options at the warehouse stores including the go-to Starbucks beans. I used to grind the beans at home and do a sliw pour over. But i recently discovered new appreciation for the French press, especially when used with the Espresso roast of this brand. It brings out the fancy coffee house flavor that I have been missing with the pour over. This has made me appreciate this as my favorite beans. Sadly i walked into my local Sams Club and this brand is no longer being sold. Say it isn't so!

Really really blonde but bitter

I've been buying their Sumatran whole bean for a couple of years and have found the quality of the beans to be very consistent, as well as a consistent medium roast. If you're like me and prefer low-acid/earthy tones in your coffee, that doesn't wreak of that burnt taste that results from many of the major commercial roasters who use a darker roast to mask the lower quality of the bean, this coffee is worth a try. I've been drinking Sumatran coffee for 20+ years, from numerous roasters and this is my favorite to date. Highly recommended!
