This coffee does not hold European quality, but it is the least bad coffee I have found in the USA so far, and that includes coffee from so called "speciality roasters". The problem US roasters do is they all copy eachother and while they have all the data in front of them, noone really understands roasting. Hint: infrared, in-line roasting rather than large batches, fast cooling. Yes I am a roaster myself, and I normally dont buy coffee at all, but I purchased this coffee for a guest.

There are a few options at the warehouse stores including the go-to Starbucks beans. I used to grind the beans at home and do a sliw pour over. But i recently discovered new appreciation for the French press, especially when used with the Espresso roast of this brand. It brings out the fancy coffee house flavor that I have been missing with the pour over. This has made me appreciate this as my favorite beans. Sadly i walked into my local Sams Club and this brand is no longer being sold. Say it isn't so!
