First time buying this brand, I only grind what I need each morning so it's fresh ground. so far so good!

Whole bean coffee tastes best freshly ground in grinder at home just before brewing. European espresso flavor is perfect and strong for this black coffee drinker.

This coffee does not hold European quality, but it is the least bad coffee I have found in the USA so far, and that includes coffee from so called "speciality roasters". The problem US roasters do is they all copy eachother and while they have all the data in front of them, noone really understands roasting. Hint: infrared, in-line roasting rather than large batches, fast cooling. Yes I am a roaster myself, and I normally dont buy coffee at all, but I purchased this coffee for a guest.
