Get purchase if you want to keep your television safe

The tv mount included is impossible to use. Whoever designed the mount left no space to properly insert the screws and securely hold the tv in place. Save your moneys and buy a different product!

I was so hesitant to splurge for this but it has been beyond incredible! We have this on our house under an open pergola. We are now out every night watching tv and movies with family and neighbors. Our back deck has now become an added room to the house. We assembled but had Best Buy Geek Squad come hang on the house and hang the tv. All in all super easy to work and has already survived 2 rainstorms. Also....far more expensive on all other sites!

Hopefully it works as well as the y say but that being said the instructions for assembly are absolutely horrible. I believe my 6 year old some could put together better instructions. As much as this thing cost, I think we could do a much better job on that end. Hopefully it protects as it should, but definitely overpriced for what it is.

The shell itself seems pretty nice and serves a purpose. The included mount however is the WORST mount on the planet. The instructions are so that it is impossible to follow. I went online and watched the video and it was a different mount. It does not fit a 200 x 200 Vesa which is what most tv's have. I had to rig something up and it forced the tv off-center. I then had to remount the mount creating more holes in the product that I had to seal with silicone. Just awful.

I bought this for a TV on my patio and I have an older TV, that is a 43 inch TV but with a border around my TV, I selected the bigger size based on the dimensions on the site. The dimensions don't even come close to what is on the picture. The width of my TV is 44.5 inches. The site says the width is 54.6 inches and the box in came is says the width is 35 5/8 inches wide. I will need to return this item and see what box they can offer to actually fit my TV. Even the dimensions for the smaller TVs are not accurate. This box would not even fit those size TVs. I have a newer 43 inch TV and even that is bigger than this box. Very disappointing. I called them and left a message. Their message says send them an email because it is peak season for them.
