Very lean burger. Does not fry up to nothing.

The 87% lean 13% fat ground beef is excellent. The taste is exceptional.

The price is right, the packaging is great (easy to divide into smaller packages)

Then I use my Foodsaver to package individual packages & freeze for later use.
