Nice product. Has hardly any grease. My husband likes it. Easy to cook

The price for 90/10 at Sam's Club is the same or less than the price for 80/20 at most stores.

I've bought other meat @ Sam's that's been fine briskets, pork loin,  and shoulders...but this was disappointing. Didn't seem lean @ all burgers shrunk down and meat tasted off.

Not pleased

Recently ground beef has changed.  We used to buy 80/20 ground beef that had great color and taste.  It seems now it has a duller color and not as tasty.  88/12 has great color and taste like "the old days".  My only "beef" with the packaging is the quantity: 4.8 pounds typically.  Why not 5 pounds even?
