Nice. Just the right amount of fat to keep it juicy.

Package marked “5 pounds” but only contained 4 pounds, 12 ounces. Very disappointed in Sam's.

Good quality tasty

The past 2 times i bought this (i quit buying it for almost a year after the last time it tasted bad) it was awful. The label said it was packaged the day that i bought it but when i opened it after i got home the inside was brown. I made tacos with it that night and packaged the rest into freezer bags. It tasted fine but taco seasoning is pretty good at disguising flavor of meat. I put one of the one lb freezer bags in the fridge to cook the next night and it was completely brown in less than 24 hours. I cooked it anyway and my husband said it tasted rotten. Ended up throwing away the 2 lbs i put in the freezer. I only gave it 2 stars because we didn?t get sick from eating it. Won?t buy again!

This hamburger use to be very good quality. But the last 3 or 4 times I have bought it, it’s nice and red on outside. And very brown on inside with a funny smell. Wonder if they are adding blood or something on outside to make it look fresher then it really is.
