And I have never understood why companies feel the need to shove a bunch of sugar in an already sweetened product. It tastes good without all of the additives, what more could you ask for?

The applesauce tastes fresh and has great flavor. I like that it's not sweetened, so all you taste is those crisp apples. It's a good option if you are looking for a healthy snack. Motts is a classic and a familiar staple in our household. The strawberry flavor adds a little variety to a traditional snack. The sugar is high, but thats like I because of the added fruit and part of what makes it so delicious, obviously. A little pricey for what it is, but I love knowing that I can count on its quality.
