The back of the chair has a bar on the bottom of it and it hits me right in the bottom of my back and is uncomfortable

Chairs are awesome however a couple of screws came out of the bottom. Chairs seem to be working fine:

Perfect! It's better than the other recliner I bought from somewhere else. So much easier to get up!

Make sure you watch ads i purchased 2 chairs & not a week later went on sale & wouldnt give me any credit. The chairs are nice & sturdy.

FOR ME THE CHAIR IS A LITTLE TOO HIGH I HAVE TO PUSH MYSELF BACKWARDS TO GET ALL THE WAY INTO THE CHAIR THE FEATURES ARE GOOD

The theater Recliners are awesome but one of the chairs was damaged upon me opening . The box was beat up and I was hoping there would be no drama. Please send me a replacement Recliner .

The recliner is very comfortable and very easy to assemble. The only reason I gave it a 4 stars is because the sound the chair makes from the material is very loud and annoying. Other than that if you can get past it the chair is great.

These theater seats are a great value! They are easy to assemble, come with usb and outlet in the armrest. For some reason the faux leather makes a lot of noise when you recline, I'm hoping that stops after they are broken in.

Delivery was when Sam's said it would be and delivery person was friendly and helpful. The chair looks good and works well. We are very happy with this chair.
