Being an impulse buyer I was quick to buy the new Venus and a extra pack of blades. Having sensitive underarms I will admit is was amazing to use. I was very happy with the result and even happier about my purchase. However, the next day as I entered the shower after the family had done their cleaning I noticed that my razor blade was no more. The amazing Oil of Olay strips had "melted" off. Thinking it was the shower I decided to move it to the bath after replacing the blade. Same thing happened. This means I get one shave out of 1 blade. Making it cheaper to wax. If this is something that could be prevented or slowed it would be a product I would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Gillette Venus ComfortGlide With Olay Coconut!! It has a longer handle, that makes it easier for me to hold. The only issue I had, was with the head not staying flat when trying to shave. I had to learn how to hold it a bit different, and now it's working great. Smooth shave, and your skin feels like you've gone to the spa for a treatment when you're done. I love it! Would definitely recommend it.

I can use them with or without soap or body wash on my legs beforehand, as the solution provided enough moisture and soap for a smooth shave. Plus, it smells fresh.

Not only are they smooth but they are also left feeling very soft because of the built in body butter. I really like the metal handle as I feel it is very sturdy. This is an exceptional razor that I would highly recommend.

I love the rubber grip which gives you more control when shaving. The cartridges smell wonderful. I love the coconut scent. I like that I can shave without using shaving cream. The blades are encased with a moisturizer and soap. They glide smoothly over my skin. I love this razor.

Easy to put together, i really love the metal handle its just the perfect weight! You cant really feel the blades working but trust me they are! It feels like a makeup brush on your skin, so soft, the gel bars are like a giant pillow protecting your skin. I just love it 100% recommended

This razor provides every one of those aspects. The 5 blades gets a close precise shave leaving no hairs behind. It has a comfortable hold and grip along the handle as well. It pivots around those delicate areas such as the front and back of knees and around ankles. Plus the Olay Coconut scent smells AMAZING! It also helps to prevent cuts and scrapes while shaving. I can save time and money with this Gillette Venus Comfort Glide razor because I don't need to buy extra shaving cream as the razor itself has a built in Olay moisture bar. My legs feel soft and smooth after every shave! I will be keeping this razor in my shaving routine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I tried the Gillette Venus Comfort Glide razor and the first insert broke after using it and both inserts I got in the box did not get a very close shave at all. It felt like my legs were smooth from the olay moisture bars but that it didn't cut the hair. I used both inserts and both were the same results. Maybe because it flexed and moved so much that it did not get close enough to shave well. I shave every other day or every 3 days so there is not a lot of hair. I made sure I was shaving the right way with the blades the right way and even shaved without shaving cream. It just didn't make my legs feel smooth and hairless like other razors it felt like it soaped it up really good but just didn't shave. I am really sad and would lile to try it again. Just don't drop the razor because the head of the insert can snap from the prongs and break off. I really really enjoyed the moisture bars. I loved how they made it nicer to shave even with and without shave cream. I did get this complimentary to try for testing purposes and these opinions here are based on my own experiences.

I found this razor to be the smoothest and easiest I have ever used. It is also less messy than having to use shaving cream. It took me a couple of times to learn how to use it properly, but well worth it! In the past, I usually wound up with scrapes on my legs, but not with this razor.
