[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally got this razor because I had heard reviews about how well it worked. A razor with a bar of moisturizing bar seemed very helpful. This razor works great. It is very moisturizing and leaves my legs smooth.

This razor is AMAZING! the bars on it feel beyond soft and silky while you shave. It moisturized my skin as I shaved, and they smell SO GOOD! Now I'm spoiled by these razors and I can't ever go back to my old ones.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The scent of this product is overwhelming better than any other shaving product I have tried in the past. That said, it does not make up for the fact that it does not perform as well as other razors I have tried do. Other Gilette Venus razors, for example, provide a closer shave than this one does. Even though it smells great, and the handle feels luxuriously weighty, the fact that it does not shave as closely as my preferred razors makes this a no-go for me.

I love this product. I tried it out, just on a whim, and now it's the only razor I will buy. I love how easy, quick, and painless this makes shaving, and I love how my legs feel afterwards. I have a teeny tiny shower and a toddler, so I really don't have time or room for long shaving sessions. This product is a lifesaver, IMO!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This razor is very smooth. No cuts and runs along the skin so smoothly. The razor has good blades keeps a good hood and doesn’t slip out of your hands are wet. I will buy this razor again and I will use it for my 12-year-old daughter as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this razor! I have always loved Gillette. The handle is nice and does not slip out of your hand and with the 5 blades you get an extremely close shave! This razor left my legs feeling sooo smooth and soft. Love it !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Gillette Venus razors, I’ve been a long time user of their products. The first thing that caught my attention with this product is that I am able to use other refills that I currently have from a previous rancor handle with this one. Now I don’t have to buy a new handle or a whole new kit due to this. The Comfortglide feels very nice on my skin, almost as if I am moisturizing myself while shaving. I like that it doesn’t leave any scents or have any smells though it is coconut. It cuts very well with thin and longer hair. The handle is comfortable and doesn’t feel cheaply made like other plastic or disposable razors. It has a good grip even when wet. I have nothing but good feedback for all their products and definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first took this razor out of the box, it seemed almost futuristic - and not in a good way. The movement of the head seemed almost too free, and I was worried I would nick myself with the first stroke. However, I was quickly proven wrong when I actually used the razor. The unique "ComfortGlide" head is a breath of fresh air, and allows for a close, smooth shave that I wasn't expecting. I did take one star off my review because the Olay moisturizing strips were almost too moisturizing, and I often had to wipe some of the residue off before continuing to shave. However, that is my only complaint. All in all, this is a fantastic razor, and one I will continue to use for the foreseeable future.

First I am a male and was looking for a better razor to shave my head with and got tired of the result of the typical men's razor. Figuring head hair was closer to leg hair then it was to face stubble I figured i'd try the Venus. The razor did give me an excellent shave. And the "lather" produced by those little bars was perfect. But I'm only 4 days into shaving and the white bar is almost gone. I can't pay that kind of money weekly to replace the razor heads, and yes i admit i'm not using in the prescribed manor.
