This is one of the best razors I have ever used and will continue to use from here on out... I love that it gilds smooth and does not catch on your skin making it easier to get razor cut, it makes my legs feel smooth I love the way the covers feel on my legs after I get out of the shower with my new fresh shaved legs...... I will not use another razor this will be my go to razor for the rest of my life.... Thank Venus for making shaving that much more better!!!:)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first took this razor out of the box, it seemed almost futuristic - and not in a good way. The movement of the head seemed almost too free, and I was worried I would nick myself with the first stroke. However, I was quickly proven wrong when I actually used the razor. The unique "ComfortGlide" head is a breath of fresh air, and allows for a close, smooth shave that I wasn't expecting. I did take one star off my review because the Olay moisturizing strips were almost too moisturizing, and I often had to wipe some of the residue off before continuing to shave. However, that is my only complaint. All in all, this is a fantastic razor, and one I will continue to use for the foreseeable future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the razor!! It gives smooth and close shave , no irritation or rashes ..phew!! That’s a good part but the gel bars do waste away or disintegrate very quickly after only about 1 or 2 use. I have kept it away from water when not using it, but it doesn't seem to help. Other than that , it’s nice razor with detachable handle and the pack comes with 2 cartridges.

I used this Razor quite few days back and I must say that the product works wonder. The moisture bars works like a shaving cream and closer the shave , better the result.The flexible head of the shaver helped in reaching all spotson my body . And all these without a slightest skin irritation. One thing I would like to see in this shaver is a long or better lasting moisture bar . Rest are excellent!

This razor is the bee's knees! 5 blade with Okay Coconut Moisturizing Shave Balm on each end to cut shaving time in half. The olay helps as a shaving cream and moisturizer in one. My legs are super smooth and soft in the middle of winter! Keep making this same razor and I will keep buying them they are amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I tried the Gillette Venus Comfort Glide razor and the first insert broke after using it and both inserts I got in the box did not get a very close shave at all. It felt like my legs were smooth from the olay moisture bars but that it didn't cut the hair. I used both inserts and both were the same results. Maybe because it flexed and moved so much that it did not get close enough to shave well. I shave every other day or every 3 days so there is not a lot of hair. I made sure I was shaving the right way with the blades the right way and even shaved without shaving cream. It just didn't make my legs feel smooth and hairless like other razors it felt like it soaped it up really good but just didn't shave. I am really sad and would lile to try it again. Just don't drop the razor because the head of the insert can snap from the prongs and break off. I really really enjoyed the moisture bars. I loved how they made it nicer to shave even with and without shave cream. I did get this complimentary to try for testing purposes and these opinions here are based on my own experiences.

Being an impulse buyer I was quick to buy the new Venus and a extra pack of blades. Having sensitive underarms I will admit is was amazing to use. I was very happy with the result and even happier about my purchase. However, the next day as I entered the shower after the family had done their cleaning I noticed that my razor blade was no more. The amazing Oil of Olay strips had "melted" off. Thinking it was the shower I decided to move it to the bath after replacing the blade. Same thing happened. This means I get one shave out of 1 blade. Making it cheaper to wax. If this is something that could be prevented or slowed it would be a product I would recommend.

I always enjoy buying a razor that comes with extra refills too. Sometimes you fall in love with one kind of razor and can't find it back. This is a razor I will definitely be stocking up on.
