I had the worst cold of my life and was using regular tissues which rubbed my nose so raw that I couldn't bare to have anything touch it. I bought Puffs hoping it would soothe my nose and that may be an understatement. As soon as the tissue touched my sore nose I felt instant relief! Not only was I able to blow my nose without pain, but it actually helped my raw nose heal! I vow to never buy another tissue for my sniffles except Puffs with Lotion!

I had a cold about 3 months ago and found Royale 3 ply thinking I had died and gone to heaven as I didn't get the red nose syndrome till the 2nd day. this time I discovered Puffs and OMG " no red nose, no chapped and sore nostrils" from the constant wiping of the nose and no contantly putting lotion on your nose because it is so sore from wiping it. Puffs are my find of the decade for cold sufferers. This is the best product I have found in ages. I am glad they are in Ontario,Canada.

I have loved Puffs Travel Packs since I was a child and my mother would bust out a pack from her purse like MacGuyver to aid in a myriad of situations. From wiping smudges off of faces to staunching nosebleeds, there is nothing Puffs can't do. I especially love the kind with lotion, my nose gets easily chaffed and lotion brings added comfort. I received a Puffs with Lotion To Go in my #JollyVoxBox from Influenster, complimentary for me to try and review. I already knew I love them, perfect gift for this winter season of sniffles.

I have been using these tissues for years & don't think I could ever go back to a tissue without lotion. They definitely make a difference. My only complaint is the packaging, more specifically, what are these new, very ugly & unattractive boxes?! The colors are horrendous (most of them) and the designs nothing pleasant to look at. Packaging does matter to me as well, just my two cents. Others may not care but if they stand out on a counter or in the bathroom because they are ugly, then that's not a good thing either!!

I've used Puff Lotion for about 25 yrs. Back then, oh my word, they were delightfully soft on my poor chapped nose, preventing nose irritation. The tissues were like the ads, ahhh, when I used them. But a few years ago, it was so noticable that the tissues were not as soft and then they got so weak, not holding up to running snot.Other top brand has stronger lotion tissues, but not super soft.

I was so relieved to read that others have written the same as me - Puffs Plus just isn't as good anymore! I used to swear by these tissues as they kept my nose soft and smooth despite my very frequent nose blowing. Over the last few purchases, I cannot tell the difference between regular NON lotion tissues and the Puffs Plus! In fact, I have for the first time gotten an extremely bad dry skin rash next to my nose from the frequent blowing, despite using these tissues! PLEASE GO BACK TO ORIGINAL FORMULA!

I have allergies so bad and loved Puffs with lotion. They were so wonderful to my poor nose. The last several boxes are like sandpaper. I'm going back to a cheaper product. I might as well pay less for a rough product. What did you do with the lotion?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product is fine for what it provides for normal tissue purposes, however my personal preference is for non-lotion and I sometimes use the tissues to clean my glasses which can not be done with lotion.

Every time i get a cold i purchased these. I recently purchased a package and was disappointed. I dont know what they changed but they use to be very soft and these now feel like sandpaper. Puffs with lotion use to be all i used as my nose gets raw from constant blowing when i have a cold. Very disappointed and wont buy again
