I have been using Puffs Plus Lotion for as long as I can remember. So I was saddened when I bought my latest box of Puffs and noticed that the quality has noticeably changed. The kleenex in the new box of Puffs Plus Lotion is thinner and not nearly as soft. Puffs thickness and softness is the reason I've used this product for 20+ years. Please tell me you'll change it back! If not, i'll be switching to another brand.

Puffs Plus used to be my go-to tissue. Sadly, after my last two three-packs, that's not the case anymore. My nose is just as red as if I used bargain brand tissues. The tissues are markedly less soft and have little, if any, lotion. I'll be shopping around to find a new tissue brand that's easier on my nose.

I don't really use tissue that much because, it's way too expensive to constatly be buying tissue. After using one of them finally; they are very soft and, smell great! Doesn't leave that dusty feeling on my nose. Thank you Influenster for sending me thins great product to review!

Growing up we always had puffs at home. Never really gave it much thought, tissues were tissues to me. After married and had our own family pretty much used any tissue, not giving it any thought. Several mounths ago was visiting a family member and used what tissue she had and realized wow great tissue this is. Checked box and it was puffs. came home and bought all puffs for all rooms I have tissues in. They are soft and the best part they are strong. They don't fall apart in you hand after the first blow. quality is far better than any other brand. Really happy to have rediscovered Puffs again.

Well, Puffs were the only thing that were used at our house. For years, PUFFS. NO more!!!! WHAT on earth on you guys doing at P&G? Whoever redesigned the packaging -- it's awful. But that is minor compared to the AWFUL product. First, you reduced the quantity of tissues. That shows your company character. Then you reduced your quantity (REDUNDANT) AND changed your product. Now, I must ask myself: WHY would anybody want a scratchy product? I can by really cheap store brands and get better quality. LOTIION seems to have disappeared for such an inferior product that it doesn't even resemble the old PUFFs. For us in this house: when in doubt -- do NOT buy PUFFs or PUFFs with Lotion. So sad.

I have been buying Puffs plus lotion for years and the product satisfied my needs. A few years back you decreased the amount of lotion (aloe) and the product became marginal. Once again the product has changed and this time I find lint in all my pockets and purse. It is so bad that the lint scatters as I pull tissues from the box. I purchased the 124 2-ply tissue box. There are no identifying marks on the packaging unless it was on the lid that was torn off and discarded for access to the tissues. Please tell me this is a faulty lot and that it is not what I can expect going forward. Should that be the case I will be back on the market looking for soft, soothing, reliable tissues. Footnote: I found access to your contact difficult to navigate whereas my box size was not listed.

This is a question, not a review.....I have loved and used exclusively for many years Puffs with Lotion Kleenex. But my most recent purchases have not been of the quality I have grown to expect. At first I thought maybe I had purchased the soft Puffs by mistake, but the box says with Lotion. I am so disappointed! Have you made a change of some kind? If so, please change back!!!

I had been using Puffs Lotion tissues for years and then about a year ago...when I'd pull one out of the box, the next one wouldn't pull up. They never did this before. Prior to Puffs I always used Kleenex with Lotion....they started doing this same thing which is why I switched to Puffs. Yesterday I bought a box of Kleenex and Puffs, thinking maybe Puffs had corrected this problem. They didn't, but the Kleenex comes up every time. I will now stay with Kleenex until they mess up again.

I absolutely love Puffs Plus Lotion! It has seriously been the only kind of tissues I have used since I was a teenager. I have almost constant allergy issues and they keep my nose from getting red, flaky, and painful. I have and will always recommend them to people when they're sick. I will never stop using them.

I've been a faithful user of Puffs Plus Lotion for as long as I can remember, but that's about to change. You evidently are using much less lotion and using a lower grade of tissue as they are not nearly as soft and strong. Please bring back my favorite tissue!
