Puffs Plus lotion used to accompany me through every sickness. I am three days in to this years cold and somehow the four pack of Puffs Plus Lotion is already all gone. Now I have to go back out to get more while I am very sick. You have failed me Puffs. I'm sorry but it is over. You have lost my trust and probably will never get it back. Goodbye. I've been buying your product for decades. But for the last year, the last 4 tissues in each long box are folded over, why is that? Every single box! I have to take them out and unfold them!! Fix your machines or Stop purposely folding them!!! THANK YOU !!!

I purchased this tissue mainly for the softness and strength. However, I'm now having problems with quality. I'm finding more large white particles in/on the tissues themselves. This is leading to severe respiratory issues if inhaled. I have photos if necessary.

We are a Puffs Plus Lotion family! But (similar to another person's recent review here) lately in every rectangle box, there are always tissues scattered throughout the box that have no lotion or softness at all. They are rough, thin, and scratchy and get thrown out rather than used. This didn't used to happen. :-(

I have been using these for years. I am so glad I discovered them because they are a lifesaver for when you are so sick that you are going through 1-2 boxes a day. The reason being is that your nose doesn't get all red and raw from blowing/wiping it all day like it does with other tissue types. There is no scent, so it is fine for scent sensitive people like me. They are a nice thickness. The past few years, I have gotten sick a ton and these tissues have consistently held up. They are so reliable. I recommend them to everyone I know when tissues come up in conversation.

Have used this product faithfully for too many years to count but lately the cube boxes have had many tissues that are covered in large pieces of lint. These large pieces of lint then fall all over the place when you pull one out to use. These lint pieces also cling to your face as well as your nose when using which at times may be accidentally inhaled.

My family always uses Puffs, there is not softer tissue hands down in the world. . Theaters should keep Puffs on hand as a required necessary accessory like 3D glasses especially for Disney Movies. In our home they are stacked right next to the TV just in case of a crying emergency.

I've been buying Puffs Plus Lotion for almost 30 years. The quality was great. They were the only tissues that caught all my snot and didn't shred the delicate skin around my nose. Not this year! The past three 6-packs of tissues I bought have torn my nose up! You guys are putting less lotion and using inferior paper to create the tissues. I'm so tired of companies downgrading their products.

I don't know what's happened to your product, but its lacking. I buy puffs plus for the lotion softness. Now they are as dry as the Sahara Desert, I can even clean my glasses with them no streaks, and when there's lotion on them, you can't. Very disappointed. 😡

Strong and not irritating. Doesn't fall apart.
