Not soft/ What lotion?

These tissues are not soft, tear when you first try to get them out of the box, and do not appear to have any lotion at all. Complete disappointment in this brand.

Poor quality

I have always used this product when I have allergies. I bought it yesterday and I realized that it has lost it softness and it looks like there is no lotion. It feels rough as any other cheaper brand. It's too expensive for the new bad quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that it made my nose feel good during my most recent cold. I hate the chapped and sore feeling I get from using tissues. It was a most welcome addition to my cold season.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They are very soft. When you have a cold or allergy and are blowing your nose a lot it helps to have a soft tissue so you do not make your nose sore inside and out.

Not soft

We have only used Puffs Plus in our house for years. We are really disappointed with our latest purchase of Puffs Plus. It is not quite as back as paper towel but not far behind. Not sure what you changed but please change it back.

Puffs from VOXBOX

#jollyvoxbox sent me #puffs singles for my purse. I love the tissue with the lotion because it helps keep that crusty nose feeling better. Also, it helps to reduce the redness.

What have you done??

We LOVED puffs plus for years. What have you done to the original tissue. The last three times we've purchased them, they're as rough as a regular tissue. My husband has a cold and is miserable using them. Please bring back the original formula!!!!!
