Usually this product is good but the quality has gone down hill. My family purchased a large pack of tissues and so far two of the boxes have had issues. The tissues have fuzz like cotton pilling coming off of them. Every time you pull one out of the box the cotton fuzz falls all over. It is very messy. And we store our tissues in an area that would not affect the quality of them.

What happend, I always bought puffs plus to sooth my nose when I had a cold. The box I bought this time has no lotion!!!!! I am sick at home and cannot get out to get another box. Is this a defect or are you putting less in. I always counted on the lotion, whats is up. i am mad. and my nose is red. Help!!!!!!

i loved puffs plus lotion and my nephews would say i have magis tissues because their nose did not hurt after using them.I do not know what happend but the magic is gone and if it does not come back i guess i will buy a cheeper tissue. please change back .

What has happened to my most favorite Puffs Plus tissues?? The product has changed..... The tissues are thinner and feel more like cheap tissues. Maybe the lotion formula has changed also (??) Puffs Plus has always been the thickest and softest of all the tissues. I'm disappointed. I might as well use Kleenex....

I have kids, both girls, who have allergies and constant snotty noses. Especially during the spring months. Using the Puffs To Go is so convenient and I love them because it is easy to throw a pack in my 8 years old book bag or pocket. This allows her to be responsible and I dont have to continuously dig for tissues. While I love the tissue I hate, Yes HATE the new boxes. I'm putting the tissue in something else for now. I have a box out in every room in my house so if the box is to be an ad, not at my house til you chance the box. SOON I HOPE! P.S.My Grandchildren like Puffs too. Grandma Nancy

If it ain't broke,don't fix it. It sounds like you tried to save money by giving us fewer tissues and in reality more "flexible" is another word for flimsy. When I want to blow my nose,I don't want flimsy. You had a product that I was willing to pay a bit more for because it was far superior. Therefore I needed fewer of them. I've loved Puffs for more than 20 years. This is the old Classic Coke story. I hope you come back soon. Till then,find me in the Kleenex aisle.

I purchased numerous puffs plus lotion cubes recently and some of them are totally not up to par They are extremely rough As a year round allergy sufferer I have used puffs plus lotion for years. My last purchase ( 10 cubes ) so far is rough with visible bumps on them Please let me know if they have changed so I can start searching for a new tissue. My sore red nose thanks you.
