While I have always bought the puffs plus Lotion, using them this time during a cold, they do not seem to have the same feel to the touch. The texture is definitely not as soft as they used to be.

Always purchase puffs w/ lotion. Just bought 3 pack, and they are extremely rough and don't feel like they usually do. Perhaps you forgot the lotion in these boxes?
