I love your Puff Plus tissues. This box was very disappointing..same price yet the tissues inside the box were about an inch shorter than the box..umm AND when I reached the bottom of the box, the last 10 tissues did not have lotion, they were like sandpaper. Here is the # on the box 3700007545. Thought someone should know. Please don't "jazz up" the box, save money on packaging then pass the savings on to me. I appreciate a quality product, that is why I was surprized to be unhappy with this box. Thank you.

The Puffs Plus Lotion with Vicks is the best part about having a cold. What a great idea. Whomever the person in R&D who suggested this is - deserves a raise and a promotion. I hope Puffs keeps this product available permanently. Absolutely helps relieve the suffering from a cold. Keep up the great work! These are so wonderful I would consider contracting a cold just so I had an excuse to use these. Ok that probably crossed a line, but seriously these are great.

I feel compelled to let you know that you have a very loyal customer beginning to look at you competitors... You may indicate nothing has changed, but something has... The Puffs with lotion has long been a staple in our household, but with recent purchases we have noticed they are thinner, rougher, and less lotion.. I realize there is always pressure to contain costs, but this change will start costing you customers... Hopefully customer comments are valued and you reverse the changes you made before we move on.. Thanks for listening....

I will definitely look in to it though and if the price is right i will purchase them from now on.

Puffs with Lotion was my go to tissues. I have always bought Puffs with lotion over Kleenex because it was the softer on my nose. You could feel the softness instantly. The most recent bulk purchase I made has left me wondering what happened? I double checked the boxes to make sure I had the right product. It said Puffs with lotion but my nose told me different, they feel like regular tissues.

I have the most sensitive skin and it’s so frustrating that for years I was using tissues that were not very soft and they would cause my nose to hurt very badly. Whenever I had a cold it would make my nose raw. Using Puff lotion tissues is the best. I hadn’t had that issue since. I really recommend them.

Received a purse pack of your Puffs plus lotion courtesy of Influenster in my JollyVoxBox and I love them. The purse pack is so cute without being overly girly just my style and they are so soft not making your nose or face completely raw and red. Will definitely get a bigger box of them for my home and more purse packs to keep with me.

Would not have anything but Puffs with Aloe lotion in my home for years. Accused Husband of wrong purchased of last 6 boxes. Upon checking boxes and stores I see you have discontinued the old formular. PLEASE BRING IT BACK!! Now Puffs are sratchy and very dry to your nose. No different from other products. Why would you discontinue a product that was so good. I have been very loyal to Puffs over the years, but feel for some reason you have not repaid that loyalty to your customers. Yes I would even buy Puffs for friends telling them you have to try this to see the difference, but not now. Please reconsider this decision. I can stand the new smaller boxes if I have to, but not the contents inside. Thanks for listening.
