I've been using Puffs with lotion for several years and always found them to be a very good product, that is, until their most recent change, which I found to be a very poor product. The tissues are now so thin, that it takes two to three tissues to do what one tissue did before, plus there is little to no lotion on the tissues. I recently found a couple of boxes of Puffs Plus with lotion that were from 2006, and they were much thicker, plus they had much more lotion in them, even having been several years old and dried out. I know companies are trying to cut back in order to make a profit, but this is no way to do it, by making your product worse. I will try your Ultra brand, but I've noticed that it doesn't come with lotion. Thank you,

Your Plus Lotion brand was once my favorite and made me a strong brand advocate. Not true today. The quality of the product has diminished markedly. The tissues are much thinner than in the past and any presence of lotion is purely a mystery. I work in the paper industry and am very aware of subtle product changes. Not so subtle with Puffs. Not nearly the product it used to be. Most likely the result of corporate pressure to cut costs while continuing to charge a premium on the shelf. I've switched to the private label product that is less expensive but of a much higher quality when compared to thickness, softness and the presence of a soothing lotion. Good bye to Puffs!

I have, for years, used puffs plus when facing a sinus infection. It has, for years, provided a soothing feel with the lotion. I dont face sinus infections very often - at most, one every two years. Facing a sinus infection, I opened a new box this week and I don't feel a difference between puffs plus and ultra soft. Neither are soothing my nose. I thought maybe because the box was stored for a number of months that maybe it lost its soothing characteristics. So, I then purchased a pack of three. After opening the new box just purchased, it too lacks in lotion soothing characteristics. If you've changed the formula, please go back to original. I would love to get rid of the burning, rudolf nose I currently am enduring.

I have used only Puffs for many years. My mother only purchased Puffs also. So that's over 50 years of Puffs for me. I would like to see more box covers in purple. The two previous series of boxes had purples, but there are none in this current series of designs.

I have used this brand of tissues for years, I have bad allergies that hit me pretty had a couple times a year and these have always help with the rawness. Except for the box I just opened feels like it is missing the lotion and now my nose is already super raw. But then I found a hard spot on a few tissues, almost feels like plastic, so definitely can't use those.

This is the only tissue I buy but this is the first cold I have had since you changed the product from Puffs with Aloe to what it is today. My nose has gotten so raw that it hurts to blow it and this is the only tissue I have used. The old tissues would fix the rawness in the matter of one day when they were used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is very soft and I ind it to be desirable if I were to come down with a cold - I did use the product since I needed a tissue for a sneeze and it seemed to just hug my nose in softness because of the lotion - which also was pleasant to touch.

Although I enjoy the product, I must agree with several other reviewers with regard to the box designs - UGLY, UGLY, UGLY! How about letting the consumers vote on some new design options? As others have stated, the current designs are not complementary to many decors. I believe more neutral color tones and subtle patterns would please more consumers. I know I don't want the box of tissue to be the first thing I notice in a room because of its bold colors and ugly pattern. Please think about this before coming out with your next batch of designs.

Overall i love Puffs. They are study when blowing and they do not have as many fly away particles as some of the other leading brands. The only thing I have a hard time with is when I have a really runny nose, the tissue is not as absorbing as i would like due to the lotion content in the tissue. It does protect against red raw noses during cold and flu season. still give it a 5 star rating. Lori

I have used Puffs Plus with Lotion for years - it was a staple whenever I got a cold. However, something must have changed in your formula as it feels no different than any other tissue out there. My nose is so red and raw from blowing that it feels like i'm using newspaper not Puffs Plus with Lotion. What did you guys do????? Did a bad batch get out to the stores and you forgot to put the lotion in??
