For someone with a runny nose over half of the year, it is great to finally have a tissue that does not kill my nose after a pack. With all my sneezing and sniffling I thought I would never catch a break with the pain under my nose. I have always purchased puffs plus tissues for years. Something is happening to your product. There is more loose particles on them now than ever before. I don’t know if it’s lint/fuzz/broken up tissues or what. But today I blew my nose not knowing it was there and I accidentally inhaled it. It immediately started closing up my throat. I couldn’t stop coughing and my throat is in a lot of pain.

I recently had a nightmare of a cold that kept me blowing my nose every five seconds. I was using "soft" toilet paper to clean up and it was chafing my skin something awful. I went over to talk with my boyfriend's mother one night (they live really close) and had the urge to blow. She directed me to a box of Puffs Plus with Lotion. The tissues were so soft that they actually made my nose feel better while using them. So, when I went to the grocery store to get more toilet paper, I grabbed a couple boxes of Puffs Plus with Lotion. After using them for a day or so, I was very pleased with the outcome. My chafed nose was no longer chafed. I had no raw skin whatsoever and it felt wonderful.

I have been using Plus Lotion for a while now, and Ultra-Soft a little. Plus Lotion more because it's better for my nose. But it just doesn't feel as nice as Ultra-Soft. I think you should make Ultra Soft Plus Lotion. Honestly, I don't understand why you haven't released this yet! Just make us pay a little more. During winter, you could be raking in money. This is nothing to sneeze at.

I bought these because my husband and I have a terrible cold. I thought these would be soft and soothing. They are terrible rough and no lotion. Our noses are red and sore. Our toilet paper is better. I was so very disappointed. Will be returning these tomorrow.

While I love the tissue I hate, Yes HATE the new boxes. I'm putting the tissue in something else for now. I have a box out in every room in my house so if the box is to be an ad, not at my house til you chance the box. SOON I HOPE! P.S.My Grandchildren like Puffs too. Grandma Nancy

My family has used Puffs exclusively for years. We all have allergies and I buy Puffs Plus Lotion family size. I usually buy 20-30 boxes at a time. We definitely noticed when your formula changed and there was less lotion in the tissues. They were not as soft as they once were but doable. However, the tissues that we have used lately are AWFUL!!! They are Puffs Plus Lotion, but they are very rough and feel like sandpaper. This has occurred in several boxes we have opened. I am very disappointed!!!! In the past, I would have given Puffs a 10+ rating. But now, all I can say is that they are no longer soft and are irritating to the skin when you have allergies and use them all the time. Not sure if you changed the formula again or if we just got a really bad batch. Maybe you could go back to the previous formula or offer a new line with more lotion and softness called “Puffs Plus Lotion Extreme”?

I used to be a fan of Puffs Plus, but this cold season when I purchased my usual 3 boxes for the car, home, and work, they were not what I am accustomed to. They used to have lotion in them like the box said, but I no longer believe that. They were dry, and rough, and now I have a painful, peeling nose along with a miserable cold. I am going now to find a new brand.

I have been a committed puffs plus customer since the 80's and over time I noticed significant changes. However recently, the change is even more evident. Is there even any Lotion in them anymore? And what happened to the wonderful softness/ thickness they had? Changing this product is unfortunate, does it really save the company that much money?

I absolutely swear by these tissues. Whenever I get a runny or stuffy nose my nose always gets irritated, but either these my nose never does. They're a little thin in my opinion so I have to use two tissues layered together, but they still get the job done.
