Not sure why P&G has decided to go cheap like most every other company, but they have. I have a few boxes of the Puffs Plus from a few years ago (I usually buy them in bulk), and let me tell you that in no way are the ones you buy now the same. The tissue is not as thick and there is not as much lotion as they used to put into the tissues. In my opinion, they are not much better than the other well known brand. I doubt I will be buying them anymore.

Recently bought Puffs and was greeted by some fragrance when opening. Couldn't use them. Bought one more time and and again smelled fragrance. I have bought Puffs for years with no fragrance. It's a great product, but I'm chemical sensitive and can not use them. Kleenex thankfully doesn't use fragrance.

First of all I would like to let you know how super excited I was to finally see the Travel/Pocket/Purse Size puffs in the store! I will not use any other Kleenex for others make my nose turn red. With this said I would like to know why they are no longer carrying the travel size in the store? Please let me know where I can purchase these. Truly love and miss getting them on a regular basis. About 2 weeks ago my husband, my 2 year old daughter, and I all three came down with a cold. We had been using cheap store brand tissues but after one day of raw noses, I demanded that we go back to the store for something better. We got the Puffs plus Lotion in the three pack box and I am so glad that we did! With each of us blowing our noses 15+ times during this cold, our noses have yet to get chapped again since using the Puffs Plus with Lotion. They will forever be my go-to tissues but especially during cold season! They are so soft and easy on our sensitive skin.

Used these many times in the past and thought they were great. Super soft and soothing an irritated nose. You could actually feel the lotion on the tissues. Bought them a few days ago and the tissues did NOT feel like they have any lotion on them, the quality of the tissue was very poor, it was very corse and stiff. Even double checked the product to make sure I had the right tissues.

I got the to go version of these in my Jolly VoxBox from Influenster and I've really enjoyed them. The lotion really pushes them above the rest. They don't irritate your nose even after you've had to use them quite a few times. Will definitely buy these once mine are gone!

I have been a loyal Puffs + Lotion customer for years. But this will be the last purchase because they feel no different than generic brand WITHOUT lotion. I have had a minor runny noise the last week, and I might as well be rubbing sandpaper over it now. #P&GFAIL

I received a sample of Puffs Plus Lotion in my #JollyVoxBox from Influenster. I LOVE them! It couldn't have come at a better time; winter in the midwest! My nose is always so irritable and runny! I can wipe/blow my nose repeatedly without any irritation or making my nose all red like Rudolph!

i have always loved using puffs my entire life. my mom bought it all the time. it's so soft and does not leave your nose red like many other brands do. i will continue to purchase puffs because I've never been let down by them. they don't break/fall apart when u blow your nose/use them...they can withstand a lot haha. keep up the good work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this brand for years and kept the sample in my purse for me or my kids to use. It's so gentle on our noses and it is great for me to use on my son who has special needs. My kids don't cry when I use these, their noses aren't red, and the skin doesn't get dry and flaky on their noses anymore.
