Like almost everyone else that has used this product for awhile, this product has gone through a SERIOUS change in the last number of months! I bought a three-pack expecting the same Puffs Plus that I love but instead was faced with scratchy, sandpaper-y tissues that were anything BUT soft. I was so confused I even went back to the grocery store and opened other product to make sure I hadn't bought a bad box. I don't know what is going on with the manufacturer but something needs to be done. I will no longer be buying Puffs anymore which is sad, because I really loved the product and the fun box designs. My friend buys Kleenex for her house and I her tissues are much, much softer, so I will be switching to Kleenex brand from now on. Seems you have lost a lot of customers over this cut in quality in a seeming effort to save a few pennies per box of tissue.

I am a loyal Puffs Kleenex user, both with lotion and basic...suddenly, the last 3 boxes I just purchased are obviously not even close to the level of quality I've always experienced...they are thinner and not nearly as soft...this has occurred over the last 4 weeks or so. I still have puffs from my previous purchase, and when I compare them to the ones I just bought they are definitely different....I even separated the double sheet, thinking it was just my imagination, but when I compare the old ones to the ones I just bought, there is a definate difference! The new ones are visibly thinner...almost transparent when separated, and definitely less soft...I'm so disappointed that I am ready to change brands...

I have bought Puffs plus lotion for many years however the last several times I have bought them, they are rough and feel like you're blowing your nose on sandpaper. I am very disappointed in the product. I always buy the 3 pack. I would not recommend this product to anyone unless this problem is resolved.

Puffs with lotion used to be my go-to product when I have a cold but not anymore. This product has changed and it feels like there's no lotion on these tissues at all. My nose is chapped as heck right now which used to not happen with Puffs with lotion a couple years ago. If you're trying to save money by cheapening the product you're going to lose customers with its poor quality! Based on other reviews, your customers can tell the difference and I will not be buying again.

I've used Puff's for years. After an awful fire in San Diego, my nose ran for 3 months straight. My Puffs kept my nose soft and not sore. I recently bought some new boxes and noticed that they have changed dramaticly and not for the better. I don't understand why a company changes a great product only to produce an inferior one. Did someone buy you out? I use to tell everyone about how great Puffs were, not anymore and that's sad. Go back to your better product. I'd even pay more for them if they've gotten to expensive to make. Whoever made the decision to change should be fired!!!!!

Let's just say that there is ALWAYS a need for puffs tissue. They absorb quite well and are durable. Although there is lotion to help with keeping softness, there's no scent to aggravate allergies . Packaging comes in all sizes and are eco friendly

I have been using Puffs Plus with Lotion for nearly 20 years, since I left home for college. Wiyh a family of my own, I buy the 4 pks. This latest pack has very rough tissues. I do not like them AT ALL! I was hoping this was just a fluke, but after reading some other reviews, I fear it's not. Whatever changes you have made, please go back to the way it was before I have to find a new brand of tissue!

After years I realized the competitor was actually leaving small cuts on my nostrils. This opened me up for a staff infection. After a couple of these I started using Puffs. Awesomeness times 5! Never will I use any thing else. Made a big order over a year ago and some of the boxes have tissues with no lotion at all. Not too many but wanted to let you know. Thanks for such a great product!!!

We have used Puffs with lotion on a daily basis for years. The lotion adds softness to sore noses and helps with makeup and nail polish removal. The boxes however have been getting progressively uglier. The ones I bought this evening are awful. There is no room in our home where they will look pleasing. Please get a new designer!

I have used Puffs Plus exclusively for a number of years , I have a box in every room in my house.. I buy the 3 cube packs and distribute them throughout the house.. I take one the last thing as I am walking out the door in the morning, I also keep a box in my car. I rate Puffs Plus a 5 star tissue.
