I have allergies and the plus lotion feels nice on my nose. I love it and compared to others it feels like the only brand that doesn’t hurt my nose. It’s affordable and my nose loves it. If you have bad allergies like mine and care for your nose you will switch to this brand.

What happened to this product? I am an avid Puffs customer. Puffs over Kleenex all day. I’m at home with a terrible sinus cold. Sent the husband to get tissues, and was SO disappointed by their quality. Not nearly as soft as they once were. Feels like cheap hospital tissues. Hurts my poor nose. I’m super disappointed. Especially since We bought a 4 pack and can’t return.

I've been using Puff's with Lotion ever since they came out years ago. I've had problems the last year or so when I purchase the large multi-pack of regular sized boxes. At least 1/3 of the tissues are scatchy and rough. I finally figured out that the 2-ply tissues had the soft side inside and the rough side on the outside. It's very annoying to have to pull the tissues apart and put them back together to get the softness I want. Please check the production lines and find out where these are coming from and fix the problem. This is the best tissue around, when it's not inside out!!

Unfortunately, in the last 10-a5 boxes of Puffs Plus Lotion that I have used, about three quarters of the way through, I have to stop and pull the rest of the tissues up. I canot send any UPC codes because that's the part you through away. Also, it is most difficult to read the telephone number on the bottom of the box, partly because it is so tiny, but mostly because it is very difficult to read against the green background.

I have loved using Puffs Plus for many, many years. When I went to the store today, I noticed that there were new box designs. I thought, 'hurray!!, finally!' but then I saw that this group of designs are not much better than the last group of designs. I was really disappointed. Who comes up with these? What I often do is buy another brand whose box I like, use those tissues and then open the box carefully and put in your tissues and tape the box shut. I get to use the product I like with a box design I like looking at. I hope you will soon come up with some pleasing boxes for those of us who are fussy that way!

I'd already tried Kleenex tissues, very soft. I saw Puffs with lotion. I really thought they would be much better. No. They are not nearly as softer as the others. I bought 4 boxes. My nose is sore. I use a lot of tissues. Now I'm stuck with all these tissues, having to go buy more of the other brand. You would assume it says, with lotion, They're softer. Not my experience. Very disappointed.

I am a retired quality manager and I notice changes in quality probably more than most. I have bought Puffs Plus Lotion for years because they were the best by far. Unfortunately, I recently noticed a significant change in the quality of the tissues. They are now thinner, less durable, less absorbing and less gentle on my nose. Disappointing.

I am very disappointed in today's Puffs. I have used Puffs ever since they came on the market and they have really gotten worse instead of better. They are no longer soft as they were and forget the Plus. Also I have two boxes now that when you take out the tissue it comes out in 2 pieces. What's up Proctor and Gamble, they say they are made in the USA but I wonder about that.

I love these. My favorite part of all is probably all of the designs they come in. They are so cute and colorful! I love how soft they are, and they never rip like other brands do. I also like how they aren’t so powdery. Some are super powdery and have a lot of stuff coming off of them.

these tissues have got to be the best, doesn't hurt my nose using them and actually save them from the irruption you get from blowing your nose so much... #Passthepuffs perfect for my purse and on the go.
