I absolutely love the Puffs Plus Lotion tissues. There is just enough moisture so that your nose doesn't get raw. I find this super helpful during this time of year when my allergies are going haywire. I received this product complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes.

We have been buying Puff's Plus Lotion 4 pack cubes for a lot of years. For the last few months every box is bad. They are thinner, they shed, they don't have the lotion like they used to and for some reason they tear every time you try to get one out of the box. We are very seriously just considering buying the cheaper ones. Puff's Plus Lotion is no longer worth the extra cost.

I received Puffs plus Lotion from a Voxbox via Influenster.com for free and this is my experience: I like that there is a to go package available in this variety of puffs. It is more convenient that bringing a whole box with me in my purse. There's a nice thick opening/resealing piece of plastic that seems to make the packaging last longer, unlike many other varieties that I have used in this size. The smell is nice and there is not a noticeable amount of 'residue' that comes off of the tissue. All in all this is a great product.

Of all the years to change the formula...this is not the one. I have been very disappointed in my last 4 month's purchases of Puffs Plus Lotion - you must have changed the formula or lotion content. I thought it was a fluke a few months back - my family regularly purchases Puffs Lotion and Puffs Ultra in six packs 2-3 times a month (we have a family with many sinus issues). My husband doesn't like the lotion because he uses it sometimes on his glasses; I only use with lotion and only use Puffs - no other brand will do! However, my disappointment must be noted. I thought you accidentally switched boxes at first and maybe we got the wrong ones - but the issue has continued and their is very little lotion compared to what was provided in the past, and the price keeps going up. Your brand is still the best, but for one of the first times in a long time (and cold/flu season is not even here!) my skin is raw and chapped. Never happened before - I'm convinced the formula changed. Maybe it is the COVID demand, I don't know...but PLEASE put more lotion in your Puffs Plus Lotion tissues! Thanks for listening, sorry for complaining but I finally had enough and something needed to be said. Laura H

Finally, my always runny nose is not red any longer - thanks to Puffs Plus! I had to become a grandma until I found them - and hmmm... look nice again!! If only I could find the "normal" size box instead of the family-size one. Does anybody know where to find them in New York's Upper West Side or online? Thanks for your help.

Puffs Lotion used to be so soft and you could feel the lotion when you used them. I recently purchased some boxes because I have a cold. After I used the first few at the top of the box, the rest of the tissues are so rough that they are more like generic regular tissues. In fact, they are more rough than a competitor's regular brand. This was so disappointing especially because I bought them specifically for the lotion aspect. The roughness is visible on the surface of the tissues themselves. I have seen other reviews that reflect this issue and I highly encourage you to check the quality of your manufacturing. You are not producing what the box or the company is advertising. I won't be buying this brand again. My nose is in too great a need to use tissues that are manufactured to feel like sandpaper.

Never had this issue before, but recently all of my boxes are full of white fuzzy pulp and dust between every tissue. They are making a big mess around my house, and there are plenty of tissue brands out there that have not had this issue. Not sure if is an issue with production, or with transport and storage, but I am dissatisfied with your product.

These have really come in handy. Everyone at home and work have been sick lately. I use these at work. The absorbency is pretty good. Holds a lot of mucus without it feeling like it starting to tear. It has lotion so it's soft on the skin and doesn't irritate with so much wiping. I really like these and highly recommend.

I have noticed that the texture as well as the feel of the tissues have changed. They feel dry. They have always felt moist to me and to my nose. I buy them so my nose does not get chapped. Let me tell you I have a chapped nose from using puff plus with lotion. I am beyond upset that after blowing I have to use vaseline to help my nose. Why did you change the formula?
