I received my free sample from Influenster in my #JollyVoxBox. This product is super soft and very durable! It doesn't hurt or chaff you nose like other tissue. Since it is winter my nose runs a lot and these have been a life saver! I highly recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a product I must have in the house when I use tissues when my allergies act up or when I have a cold/flu. This produce prevented my nose from getting red, irritated, it leaves the skin intact.

I absolutely love puffs with lotion. It's the only brand I use when it comes to tissues, especially when cold season comes through. We always have a box in the house. When I got my #JollyVoxBox from #InfluensterVox and I saw the small pack of puffs, I smile because I just ran out of my small packs! It was perfect time. Puffs are always so soft on delicate noses (especially little kids!) and they help the healing process when you have a cold! I love them!

I've been exclusively purchasing Puffs Plus Lotion for as long as they've been on the market in Rhode Island and have recommended them to so many people. Recently, though, the product quality has changed significantly. I thought my husband purchased the wrong ones on the prior shopping trip because they didn't feel comfy on my nose, but I know for sure the ones I purchased recently are labeled Puffs Plus Lotion. Sadly, I am sitting here with a red, sore and drippy nose with what's supposed to be Puffs Plus Lotion in the pocket of my hooded sweatshirt. I will be investigating alternative tissues with lotion after this major FAIL.

I have been using Puffs Plus Lotion for many years. They were far superior to any other tissue I have used. I say "were". I have been very disappointed in whatever changes have been made to this product. They are thin and have very little lotion. I have a box in my car (an old box) and the comparison between the tissues in that box and the new boxes shows a huge difference in quality. I guess I'm on the hunt for a new favorite tissue as I will not continue to purchase this product. It's a shame. They were superior to all others.

I have used Puffs Plus exclusively for a number of years , I have a box in every room in my house.. I buy the 3 cube packs and distribute them throughout the house.. I take one the last thing as I am walking out the door in the morning, I also keep a box in my car. I rate Puffs Plus a 5 star tissue.

Well, Puffs were the only thing that were used at our house. For years, PUFFS. NO more!!!! WHAT on earth on you guys doing at P&G? Whoever redesigned the packaging -- it's awful. But that is minor compared to the AWFUL product. First, you reduced the quantity of tissues. That shows your company character. Then you reduced your quantity (REDUNDANT) AND changed your product. Now, I must ask myself: WHY would anybody want a scratchy product? I can by really cheap store brands and get better quality. LOTIION seems to have disappeared for such an inferior product that it doesn't even resemble the old PUFFs. For us in this house: when in doubt -- do NOT buy PUFFs or PUFFs with Lotion. So sad.

Puffs has proven to be a reliable product throughout time. I remember using puffs when I was a kid (1978). I used puffs for my kids over 20 yrs later and now my kids 40 yrs later are using puffs for my grandkids. I still use puffs today. Puffs has proven to be dependable for generations of colds and runny little (and big) noses. Puffs is part of our family.

I have bought Puffs + Lotions for many years, the past few years I noticed the size of the sheets were shorter in the same size box, then last year the box changed and is smaller and still the sheets are shorter. Then their is the softness, their was like no lotion in the last several boxes I bought, I use them a lot due to sinus and allergy problems. I WANT MY OLD PUFFS BACK, MY NOSE IS SO SORE!!!!!!!

i did a google search because i knew something changed with the puffs plus lotion, and i'm happy to see i'm not going crazy....BUT i'm not happy at all to be right! what happened?!? i used to be a kleenex only girl, but a few years ago i discovered puffs with lotion, and i've been hooked since...refused to buy any others. wouldn't dream of anything but 5+ star reviews! i have horrible allergies and go through TONS of tissues unfortunately; but i haven't had a raw nose with puffs until a few weeks ago when i bought new boxes. i'm sooooo disappointed :( does anyone know what really changed and if/when they'll change it back??
