[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd known about regular Puff's tissue, never knew that it had lotion included. What a better tissue, but a lotion tissue, it was good, cause at times when you have to wipe your nose alot it comes dry, so with the lotion, its not dry.

I have been a loyal Puffs Plus Lotion user for many, many years. I never purchase any other tissue because nothing else compares to the softness and strength of Puffs Plus. They are placed in several rooms in my home, I pack them in my cosmetic bag when I travel, I have them on my desk at work, in my purse, even in my car. BUT this new version is drastically different. They are smaller in dimension. They are not soft. They are thin and cheap. I can't imagine why these changes were made to what was formerly an excellent product. This was not just one bad box either - I've used 5 new boxes so far and they are consistently scratchy. Please bring back the old version. I hate the new one.

I used to not be able to survive a cold/flu without using Puffs Plus Lotion. They were soothing and fluffy soft. However, I just bought a some yesterday (because I have a horrible cold), and they are NOT the same Puffs I remember. They are rough and don't seem to have any lotion on them at all. They are worse than the tissues I use on a regular basis. This is so unfortunate, and I hope these negative reviews inspire Puffs manufacturers to re-think their product changes. I want my old Puffs back!

I have used this product for almost 10 years now. I have a couple of kiddos that have allergies, year round, and if we were to use another tissue, their poor little noses would be raw !!!! This tissue is so gentle on their noses ! We don't live without it !! I have to agree with one of the comments made before about making a dispenser for the CAR !!!! That is a must have !!!! I have those tissues in my console, purse and everywhere else !! I would def. buy one for the car ! Thanks PUFFS for a great product !

I don't normally use tissues, just napkins or toilet paper, but bought a box of these on a whim. I AM IN TISSUE HEAVEN!!! I will never wipe my nose with toilet paper again. My nose is so happy. I had sinus issues and have actually been blowing it more since it doesn't hurt... and I already feel better!

This is the only tissue I will buy in the fall and winter, when my skin gets reeeeally dry! It actually does make a difference on those days you're blowing your nose a lot. I'm allergic to the lotion used in the Kleenex brand version, so puffs is where it's at for me.

I have exclusively bought Puffs Plus With Lotion for years. It was a great product and the only tissue we used. About 2 months ago, we noticed that the tissues were extremely rough-feeling. No softness at all. I thought that it was a production error, where the factory produced a generic tissue and somehow they were packaged in Puffs With Lotion boxes. But every pack that I buy now is the same low quality. They feel like sandpaper. I guess we have to find a different tissue because these are unacceptable.

I don't know what change, but my nose is raw. I bought a box of puffs plus lotion and I got the exact same quality as kleenex brand with lotion. I'm sorry, your product has always been what I turned to with a cold. However, if this is what has become of your product, forget it. Very tempted to ask for the difference in price. I could have gotten this from Kleenex brand for less.

I use nothing but Puffs Plus Lotion but I have noticed that they don't have the lotion like they used to be and they are smaller. I would make a point to go out to my vehicle to get one instead of using what was close. Would like to see the old back.

I have used Puffs Plus Lotion for YEARS. It has always been the only facial tissue product I would buy. However, with this last purchase, I noticed that the tissue is not as SOFT as it was previously. I know a majority of paper product manufacturers have been changing their formulations (notice how much smaller your toilet tissue is) but not all change is for the better. I want my SOFT Puffs Plus Lotion back. And, yes, it is noticeable...... And just to let you know, your original product would have rated 5 stars in every category. I don't normally write reviews, but every time I use one of your tissues now I can feel the difference and miss my "old" friend.
