I was so sad because my nose was so dry from using different tissues so I stopped at the store and got Puffs plus lotion, and they are just as bad as the ones without lotion! My nose is still red and still dry. I should have gotten Kleenex with Lotion instead. I remember when you could feel the lotion on the tissue and now you can’t.

I bought 3 boxes of Puffs Tissue Plus Lotion. I think I got boxes where they forgot to add the lotion. There is NO evidence of lotion, the tissue itself is rough, horrible quality! I am very disappointed as we both had horrible colds, and were looking for some "nose" comfort.

I can remember when this product felt so soft to the touch. Not anymore, WHERE'S THE LOTION? at this time I have a bad cold and my nose feels so sore, I'm paying for a tissue with lotion yet the tissue feels like an ordinary tissue. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN YOUR PRODUCT CLAIMS.I THINK BABY WIPES WOULD WORK BETTER THAN YOUR PUFFS PLUS LOTION.

I am long time user of Puffs Plus with Lotion. They used to be awesome and a treat for my nose when I am sick, now, the lotion is no where in to be found. Please remove the "with lotion" from your packaging it is very misleading. They still have the same strength, just not the same lotion. I am headed to the store now to see what Kleenex has to offer. Bring back the old puffs plus w/ lotion.

I always treat myself to a box of Puffs Plus Lotion whenever I get a cold. But this year, the tissues seemed so rough and scratchy, at first I thought I grabbed the wrong box! Even the plain Puffs I already had were softer than these! I even swiped them across my glasses to see if they'd leave a lotion residue (nope). Not sure if P&G got cheap, if these were screw ups or what the deal is, but don't waste your money on them. Wish I saw the other reviews before I bought a box.

I switched from Kleenex several years ago because Kleenex had significant stacking issues inside their containers. The last 1/3 of the product was a scrambled mess. The past several months Puffs has had significant issues with debris, fibers/fines, in their boxes. Recently their stacking has become an issue as well in the bottom 10-20 tissues in the box.

I have been a Puffs lotion user for years, but over the last few years you have reduced the lotion so much that it now is no better than ordinary tissues. I have tried to tell you this before, what did you do, sent me cupons for free tissue. Free is good but what we need is more lotion at least equal to before. I will now start my search for other brands, and I am not alone.

As a mom of 3 girls, I need to carry tissue in my purse at all times. Puffs is my go to tissue because I really like the softness of it. Since my girls are allergy prone and it's allergy season, puffs comes in handy. I enjoy the to go packs, I have at least 2 in my purse and 1 in my glove compartment. Can I tell you just how much my family and I LOVE Puffs To Go Plus Lotion? If my son has a running nose and needs a tissues, he asks, "Mom, give me a Puff!" Nothing else will do for him and I have to admit, I love the way it keeps our noses from being red when we have a cold and are blowing it all day. Love this product and so does my son!!
