I really appreciate Puffs especially when I have a cold. Their soft on my nose. They also feel like they are covered with a ton of lotion on them. With the softness and the feel of the lotion my nose, colds don't seem so bad. I would recommend these tissues to everyone.

I love Puffs with lotion, really love the soft pack. It's great for my car, it doesnt get crushed like normal boxes. I've looked all over for more soft packs but have been unable to find them. Could you let me know where I can still purchase them?

Have loved Puffs Plus for years. I still use them, but they don't feel as soft as they used to. They feel more like regular tissues. Also, the new boxes are so ugly. Who decided to use these colors and designs? They are so intrusive!! Please go back to softer, more neutral colors on the boxes, and please bring back the softer tissues.

Allergy season! 5 days and 7 boxes of Puffs Plus later, I have minimal chafing and redness. Regular tissues would have tore me up. The only reason for not giving all 5 stars was because the OLD Puffs Plus had lotion you could feel...to the point where you couldn't use them on glasses. Those were super-soft. These are just softer than the competition, but that's what I needed for these dang allergies. These are the only tissues I will buy, and have ever bought since they came out. But I do miss the older ones. I was surrounded by sniffling and sneezing people recently and people looked at me longingly and asked, "Are those Puffs Plus?" I looked back and said, "Yep - $75 per tissue." Ha!

You keep coming up with uglier boxes! I am a single male who loved the navy blue box with horizontal swooshes, it looked like a nighttime scene looking at the lake. My girlfriend hates your designs. The designs you have now look like something my grandmother might have accepted in the 60s. Give us something that is not atrocious. I'm not buying Puffs until it's not embarrassing to have in my houses. I really liked the suggestion from a lady who posted here about having nature scenes. Maybe sunrises, lake scenes, forests. God makes the most beautiful designs, why not hire him?

I agree with Ozzie from WI - and others, who want Puffs boxes to go with the color schemes of their homes. Stripes, multi-colors just DON'T. Some other recent designs have been just great - but now, I can't find those either! I don't want "multi-box" packaging which requires taking colors I don't like - I want to choose colors for my home. I have used Puffs Plus Lotion for years and years - I have severe dry eye, plus periodic sinus issues, and Puffs are wonderfully helpful on both - and I have "adjusted" to your box design "changes" again and again - all of which must be due to being hard-pressed just to "change" things, not to satisfy long-term customers. I have had no success whatsoever in trying to contact someone in your company who has sway in this area of marketing - does anyone ever ANSWER these complaints???

I bought the puffs plus lotion because I had a terrible cold and my nose was getting sore from the regular Kleenex I had at home. I don't think the box of Puffs I bought had ANY lotion on them! They were/are even rougher feeling than the regular Kleenex! I ended up going back to the store and buying the Kleenex brand with lotion which were more expensive, but much more soothing and I can feel the lotion on the tissue!

I have been using Puffs with lotion for many years now. The quality of these tissues has declined considerably. I have a cheap box of tissues in my car and cannot believe how much softer they are than my Puffs. I will be purchasing these in the future and as an added bonus will be saving money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like this product for its intended purpose. However, as a glasses wearer, I often need to use tissues to clean off my glasses. This tissue doesn't leave a lot of particles behind but it does leave a bit of a film. It's not a big deal but it really is the only downside.

I recently received a sample of the Puffs Plus Lotion in my @Influenster #TLCVoxBox. I have been using Puffs to go for several years, but had never tried the Puffs Plus Lotion. I am a huge fan!
