Puffs with lotion used to be the best tissue ever. Now it is like using sandpaper. Why would you ruin a great product? The first time I bought the "updated" product, I thought I just got a bad box. But now that I'm on the second box and they are still horrible, I'll be moving on to another brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I suffer from daily allergies and have to blow my nose all the time. My nose gets a bit raw, especially in the winter. This tissue is so soft, it was really nice to use. Since I need tissue so often, my nose still got a little sensitive with this product, but it did help. I like the little sample pouch, I'd like to see if they carry this in stores so I can carry it around my purse.

I have at least 3 boxes of puffs open in my house at a time. We have allergies and they have always been so soft a soothing on our noses. I've noticed that they aren't soft anymore. They have that bargain rough feel to them and sometimes I wonder if they have lotion in them anymore. Sorry that the quality has gone down so much. I will be shopping for softer brand. My 10year old came home from school and said someone else brought in a box that was very soft and it wasn't Puffs. I will find out which brand that was a switch.

Ok, I'm with the other people on this site, what happened to the SOFT puffs with lotion? I'm glad everyone else thinks the box designs are ugly too. I yelled at my husband for buying a 3 pack of the ugliest boxes possible.... but on my next trip to the store, I saw he didnt have much to choose from! C'mon Puffs, I hope you get this figured out before fall/winter gets here!

I've been exclusively purchasing Puffs Plus Lotion for as long as they've been on the market in Rhode Island and have recommended them to so many people. Recently, though, the product quality has changed significantly. I thought my husband purchased the wrong ones on the prior shopping trip because they didn't feel comfy on my nose, but I know for sure the ones I purchased recently are labeled Puffs Plus Lotion. Sadly, I am sitting here with a red, sore and drippy nose with what's supposed to be Puffs Plus Lotion in the pocket of my hooded sweatshirt. I will be investigating alternative tissues with lotion after this major FAIL.

Dear Puffs, I used to love Puffs with lotion. It was so soft and gentle on my nose. I don’t know when you changed it, but now it feels like a thinker version of the rough, sandpaper cheapest nose tissue. I plan on beginning to look for a new brand. I know a lot of companies decrease quality in order to increase profits. Sometimes they are forced to do this because of increased production and/or labor costs. I don’t know what your reason was for decreasing the quality of your once wonderful product, but I think you made a big mistake. People just don’t like blowing their noses in sandpaper. Should you change your product and bring back the velvety softness it once had... I will return as a customer. But, until you do, I plan on finding a better product. By the way, I was a Puffs with lotion customer for decades!

I love Puff’s tissues with lotion. These are my go-to tissues when I have a cold or runny nose. They are super soft plus the lotion helps to protect my nose from getting sore and red. These are always on-hand in my home. I highly recommend these.

This is my go to tissue! The lotion is subtle but perfect for my allergy ridden house hold!! I have these with me always when we're on the go, and a box in just about every room in the house. We've tried all the brands and we prefer Puffs! We wouldn't be without these!

I just had the absolute WORST cold and used puffs plus lotion to blow my nose. I have perioral dermatitis which always flares up during a head cold. I think the softness of the puffs tissues helped keep the skin around my nose from flaring. I will definitely buy again.

I like this brand because of the softness. Downside, it is waterproof. When I had a runny nose, i would blow it into a puffs tissue and the snaught leaked down my mouth and onto my shirt. It was gross and funny at the same time. The Puffs did not absorb my snaught. Sometimes the Puffs would be closer than papertowels so I want to clean up moisture from the table. The Puffs only glides the moisture across the table. I would use Puffs thinking I can clean my glasses or my tablet. It would smear grease and make things worse than before.
