Use to buy these all the time. They use to have lotion on them and we never had chapped noses when we were sick. But these last few years it's like there's no lotion on them at all and they're not as soft as they once were. Maybe if they have a product with extra lotion in them I would start buying them again.

I don't know if they changed the tissues or what, but the puffs plus lotion box I just purchased as a 3 pack is not as soft as they used to be. My nose is killing me and the tissues are not helping because of how hard and rough this box of tissues feels.

I received the Puffs to Go Plus Lotion in my #TLCVoxBox from @Influenster for testing purposes. And I have to say, I really do like the tissue for seasonal allergies. They are so soft and gentle on my nose (which gets a work out this time of year). I'd say the only reason I don't give this 5 stars is due to the lotion. I wear glasses, so I generally want tissues that are lotion free so I can wipe a smudge off them--these add smudges, unfortunately. Leaving that aside, the tissue does its job quite well and I would definitely buy the lotion free version. I have been using Puffs Plus Lotion for as long as they have been out. In the past, if I somehow got a different brand it the house I would give it away as it just wasn't as good. Lately, however, the tissues have changed. The are light-weight and fall apart and have no detectable lotion. I assumed at first it was just a bad batch, but it has been like this for some time now. For the first time in a dozen years, I have bought a bunch of other brands of tissues and am looking for a replacement product. Please, please bring back the original! (And let me know if they are fixed as I won't be buying them again until I know they are.)

I'm pretty sure the box I purchased is defective. All of the kleenex's feel rough. There is definitely no lotion in them. I've never had this problem with Puffs. I have 2 other boxes at home of the same Puffs Lotion Plus and they feel normal. Very disappointed in the quality control of this box. Waste of my money!

I'll agree with the other reviews that Puffs just aren't very "puffy" anymore, but the last box we opened also absolutely reeked like the citrus infused cleaning wipes I use at work (I don't use them at home so there were never any close to them that I know of) which is a somewhat nasty thing to be covering your nose with! Will be VERY careful about purchasing these in the future.

I literally buy these by the case, I'll never use another tissue. The lotion is a must have, it keeps the nose from getting red and dry when blowing, especially when you're sick or have terrible allergies. Highly recommend it to anyone who blows their nose.

I have had severe hay fever all my life - this tissue was the only thing that saved my nose. I have noticed a change in the feel and softness and thickness of the tissue , it is now more like a Kleenex tissue - which have always been horrendous, I thought about switching to Kleenex lotion - tried it; still bad. Very disappointed you felt the need to change it.

I loved this product and noticed the lack of lotion or softness, very disappointing. If this is the product, I might as well buy Kleenex brand, as Puffs with Lotion are not better anymore. They are the same in feel and rub your nose raw after use. Please fix!
