Years ago, we got tired of the coarse and weak quality of your competitor and changed to Puffs Plus Lotion. It now seems that you have emulated the quality of that competitor and have a coarse, weak product. The only reason I can fathom for this change is the profit motive. You should have considered a nominal price increase, or a reduction in the number of sheets per box and continued to provide the quality we are accustomed to. We are now on a quest to find that product which is equal to your former standard.

I have used Puff Plus since they came on the market,and have always loved them.Lately they do not seem to be as good as they where when they first came out.It almost feels like every other one has no lotion and they are not as soft as the original.Has there been a change?I am writing this because I don't want to change brands,but I am dissatisified.

I recently purchased two boxes of Puffs Plus Regular instead of the Cube box and they smell NASTY! Both boxes smell rancid. I usually buy the Puffs Plus Cube ones and have never had a problem and would recommend these tissues with no problem. Now the ones in the regular box I will tell all my friends not to purchase these. Have you had any other complaints on the Puffs Plus Regular? Another lady in my office bought the same kind at another place and said hers smelled rancid also. There must be some problem with these tissues that they are all like that. Puff Plus Cube is my normal brand but if I have to purchase the Puffs Plus regular box I will have to purchase another brand. I have been buying the Puff Plus Cube since they became availalbe to purchase.

I usually don't buy your brand because it left a lot of lint from the puffs on your face. My daughter picked these up as we all have colds. the lotion is fine but the tissue feels ruff on my nose. Thanks but I will go back to my favorite tissue with lotion. I don't normaly get a sore nose with it. On the good side when you blow your nose the tissue holds together well. puffs is the only brand my mom used to buy when i was a kid, the changes dont work for me now.

Received a purse pack of your Puffs plus lotion courtesy of Influenster in my JollyVoxBox and I love them. The purse pack is so cute without being overly girly just my style and they are so soft not making your nose or face completely raw and red. Will definitely get a bigger box of them for my home and more purse packs to keep with me.

I received this product complimentary for testing purposes from Influenster. It just happened to be a bout of Flu in June in our house. It's bad enough to be sick, but in the summer my son has it the worst. His little nose was so sore and I gave him my sample pack. He agreed it felt so much better and today his nose doesn't look chapped. The tissue itself I find quite strong even though it's so soft from the lotion. I like the designs on the packs very cute with a retro feel. I went out last night and bought more for the family. Thankfully I'm getting over the worst part of the flu, I do like the feeling of these myself and would definitely recommend them for anyone with allergies or anyone with the sore noses! @Influenster #PassthePuffs

I have used Puffs w/Lotion for years and now you have changed them. Why?? They feel like cheap store brand tissue, like sandpaper. You reduced the lotion and now they are horrible. So disappointed. Please go back to the old formula of making these or I will not buy these anymore. You can't change it even a little bit and think we wouldn't notice.

Today’s Puffs Plus Lotion is not the same product that won your fan base., I never imagined I would use anything else. However, your quality has diminished. There’s no consistency. Hence, I am switching back to your competitor. Recommended with reservations.

Puffs Plus Lotion tissues have been my tissue of choice for many years. I notice that these wonderful tissues have had a quality change. Just taking one out the box reveals the loss of thickness and when applied to my mouth or nose, even worse. They are thin and rough now. I do not feel they are worth the extra money. They have gone from a truly superior product to just cheap imitation.

popped my Puff's Plus Lotion purse pack - free to try from @Influenster for my son's high school graduation last night. I was glad I had them and the softness of the tissue form the added lotion was extra soothing while wiping my tears of joy! PLus I had a few extra to pass around to the other moms! #PassThePuffs
