I have used this product for years and about a year ago they ran out of lotion. I suppose they will use the pandemic as their excuse. The box and price are still the same but the product isn't. I would have ignored it if it was just one or two boxes but it has been consistent since February 2020.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids have asthma and allergies; therefore, they go through a ton of tissues. Using a ton of tissues also leads to a sore, red nose. These tissues helped minimize the red nose and reduced the amount of crying that occurred when it came time to blow their nose. Thanks Puffs!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is very soft and comfortable to use....Puffs at one time made a product with vicks salve in the tissue.... I an unabble to find it but it was my favorite......I dont find a lot of difference in the sample than in some cheaper brands of regular tissue....however, i would purchase it if it was on sale. Bring the vicks salve one back (I havent been able to fiind it on the shelf) and I would be willing to pay more for it.

I know that some people are allergic to these ingredients but you should totally bring them back, either as a separate product or put a warning on the box saying "do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients". I still love Puffs Plus as much as ever, but I liked them better with a touch of shea butter, aloe and vitamin E.

Puffs, specifically Puffs with Lotion, is our family's go to brand. Puffs consistently provides a soft, quality, highly reliable, repeated-use-without-irritation, fresh smelling and cost conscious experience. We keep a box each bathroom, our home offices, living room and each of our cars.

I too have been a Puffs Plus user for years. I will buy no other. However, for the last few months they have really rough and very dry. I had to check to make sure I didn't pick up an off brand. This really disappoints me, especially since I am not the only one to complain about this. Puff Plus cost more and I don't mind paying more IF I am getting what I want. Someone needs to do something but quick. If not, alot of customers will be lost.

Have used Puffs for as long as I can remember and wouldn't use anything else. Unfortunately they have drastically changed. They are no longer soft!! I called and they said there has been no change and that is just ridiculous. Read the recent reviews!!! We are not dumb. They are different.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked these tissues. The main advantage I saw over similar products is that they did not leave a greasy residue behind! I also very much enjoyed the sample size. I regret to say that I haven't been able to find purse size products in any of my local stores. I have year round allergies and am always in need of tissues in my purse!

Puffs in my opinion are the softest tissue. This is the only brand I buy for my family. I keep my house stocked with them year round for when we are in need. When we have allergies or get sick getting a raw nose from rough tissues just makes this even worse.

I love this product! I received a free sample from Influenster and I don't think I will ever use another brand/type of tissue again! I hate when my nose gets red and sore from having to blow it when I have a cold or when my sinuses act up! Thank you Puffs for thinking up such a wonderful idea! @Influenster #passthepuffs !
