After dropping me off at work I sent my husband out to the store to get me some tissue that would not feel like sandpaper on my nose like the stuff we have at work. He calls and tells me what there is and the Puffs Plus with Lotion sounded like a good thing...NOT! They don't feel any better than the sandpaper tissue here at work! I had to look at the box 2 times to make sure of what I was actually using. Usually I get the Puffs with Vicks or even the antibacterial ones but those were not available so Puffs Plus Lotion "sounded" like a great alternative. I will NEVER buy them again. Love my puffs, don't love the sandpaper kind! Waste of money we don't have right now since hubby is not working, and my nose still hurts. I guess I will be giving the rest of my 4-pack to my office mates. :(

We always buy Puff's with lotion and we always buy 2-ply tissues. We bought a 4 pack of these and so far two of the boxes have 1-ply tissues. I know mistakes can be made. Now I am on another box and the first half had two ply and the rest of the box has one ply. I think you need to check your machines to see if they are working correctly in order for the proper product to be put in each box. I have to say this is the first time I had this type issue. However I am at home with the flu and I am using more tissues than I know what to do with.

I received a pack of the Puffs with Lotion free for review from @Influenster. I really liked the extra softness the lotion provided. My son has allergies so they really kept his nose from getting all dry and red!! They were super soft and very strong! #Passthepuffs #TLCVoxBox

I am recovering from a bad head cold and to compound that, my allergies kicked into a full blown attack. I had just bought a 4 pak of Puffs Plus cubes, went through them and found an older box I had at home. The difference in lotion between the new ones just purchased and the older one (maybe bought 9 mos-1 year ago) was noticable. The new ones left me with an irritated, red nose whereas the older box did not. Could feel the lotion left on my nose from the older ones. Your product is still better than other brands out there, but only marginally based on my recent use. I would be willing to pay more for the product if you would put more lotion back in.............

We exclusively use Puffs Plus Lotion, and we use a lot of them; consquently, we have - for years - been disappointed that we have been unable to purchase the 180-count boxes at any retail outlets - in southern NV or all of DE. Puffs customer service has refused to ship us a case and will only suggest contacting the managers of local stores. Those contacts have proven unsuccessful.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a great sample. It provided me with immediate relief from a runny nose. I even used them to clean a couple of my 2 year old a messes. They soak up liquid really nicely. There is no mushy paper after. Definitely my go to brand now!

I have been using Puffs Plus for years, particularly when anybody in the house has a cold. I recently bought a 3 pack, and could immediately tell just with my fingers that they are not the same. My runny nose confirmed it: they are no longer soft or soothing. Thinking it was a fluke, or maybe I was crazy, I looked here and saw review after review saying the same thing. The formula has obviously changed, and now it's terrible. I'm going to have to try other lotion brands (which I used to consider inferior to Puffs Plus) and see whether they are now better than the "new and degraded" Puffs.

Puffs with a hint of VIcks is ideal for winter colds. The scent helps clear up the sinuses. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!I live in a small town and my local grocer can't get them, so I have to travel to a larger city. I wish they were available everywhere!

Puffs with Lotion was my go to tissues. I have always bought Puffs with lotion over Kleenex because it was the softer on my nose. You could feel the softness instantly. The most recent bulk purchase I made has left me wondering what happened? I double checked the boxes to make sure I had the right product. It said Puffs with lotion but my nose told me different, they feel like regular tissues.
