This product is no longer a quality product. I understand profits. Why not just raise the price and leave the product alone. At least I would have a choice. I tried to call your 800 number as you suggested in other reviews. There was no option to speak to a rep.

I have used this product for years and never had this problem before. About halfway through the box I kept getting what looked like lint all over me. It was a big mess and I had to throw out the box. Seems like quality control is slipping. I will continue to use this product, due to my severe allergies, because I have found nothing easier on my nose.

I love Puffs, esp. with lotion, but the new designs on both the large and cube boxes are awful. Please replace these asap with something prettier and more diverse. I use them in my car, bedroom, and at my computer, as well as in my living room at times and these current designs are so ugly that I hide them rather than put them within easy reach. I miss the pastels and scenic artwork.

What have you done with our PUffs Plus? At first i thought it was fluke, or maybe a box "past it's prime", but no, they're all like that these days. Scratchy, stinky, thinner, not at all like the Puffs Plus I knew and loved. For years I wouldn't use any other tissue, particularly during allergy, cold and flu seasons (which is most the year). You've convinced me, time to move on, see what else is out there. Please, please, please, bring back my Puffs Plus!

I have used puff plus with aloe and with lotion since my boys were small. It was the one comfort during a cold. First you did away with the aloe ones which I did not like but continued to buy. I started out last night getting a cold and sent my hubby to get puffs. He brought back the puffs and it felt like I was using sandpaper. I look like a clown with a red nose. Please bring back the quality we expect from puffs. I will be going to the store tomorrow to pick up several different brands to see if there is anything better on the market. My tissue of choice for over 20 years but no longer til you bring it back!!!

I use nothing but Puffs Plus Lotion but I have noticed that they don't have the lotion like they used to be and they are smaller. I would make a point to go out to my vehicle to get one instead of using what was close. Would like to see the old back.

As someone who suffers from allergies and uses quite a few tissues, I have not yet found anything better than Puffs Plus. I was somewhat nervous when I found Puffs had changed their lotion, as I was fond of them the way they were, but to my relief all the qualities I had come to expect was still there. To those who work on Puffs every day, keep up the good work, you've got a fine product; please take care not to change that.

I swore by Puffs with Lotion for years (over 20 years since my chemo treatments) as they were the only tissues that did not rub your face raw from constant wiping of the nose. The product is completely changed - the tissue is rough on the face, no lotion and thin. I would not recommend this tissue for any reason to anybody.

I've purchased the Puffs Plus tissues for years because they were so soothing to my tender nose during cold season. They now feel like a bargain brand as they are rough and thin. Also, it seems like there is no lotion in them. P&G, what happened? I don't think you can honestly say nothing has changed in the tissue or formula. Too bad.

We have only bought Puffs for the last year because of the the tissue with lotion and the large opening in the box. The opening is big enough for my husband to get his hand in. This last purchase was a disapointment because one of the 3 boxs was half full. Quality control must have been out that day.
