I needed something better than what I currently had and they did not disappoint. The only thing that I do not know of course is how long will they last, but as I stated above, with tire rotation they tend to be long lasting. I will update in a year and see where we are at.

Even though I just installed them and can't give you mileage or longevity yet, I am impressed with these tires. I have used them for 1 month and we have seen heavy rain, no hydroplaning, snow and ice storms, no slippage and mainly ground grip on hilly descents. They have behaved quite well in the elements. They also run very smooth and quiet, and I feel like my vehicle handles quite well with these tires. I drive frequently so it's only been 1 month but I've already put about 1000 miles on them and have no complaints. I'll add it to my review when I've gotten a little more use out of them and update their performance at that time. So far, so good. If you are looking for a good set, I tell you not to be indecisive, play it safe with Michelin tires, buy these. I am convinced that these tires will prove their worth for a long time... and I will buy again if/when necessary...! There are many tires, many cheaper, but the quality and price of a good tire, you can't go wrong.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Michelin Defender LTX M/S 2 are great tires for modem pickup trucks & full size SUVS. I own a Chevrolet Suburban LT and this tires fit them perfectly, I can feel the difference while I’m driving if how these tires work on any terrain, specially on rainy days. The material is thick and the tires look powerful. I recommend them if you have a large truck!

My wife bought her 2014 Ford Edge new....it now has 140,000 miles on it....and has the original Michelin Latitude tires on it....just goes to show that proper rotation intervals and weekly tire pressure checks help....will be the tire we replace with....outstanding.

I felt safe driving in the rain and ice and below freezing cold temperatures. The Michelin - Defender® LTX M/S2 tires are not just your run of the mill tires, they are built to last and to keep you and your family safe! The tread is thick and built to withstand whatever conditions you may encounter. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am female, and dont know a whole of technical stuff about tires, but I do know I am really happy to have these tires for my Tahoe. they seem to make the drive quieter and when we hit a slick patch of road while driving in very cold temps the tires dug in and we did not skid. made me feel very safe. a big plus-they look very cool on my Tahoe, and after driving on them for a several weeks the still look brand new.

Just had them installed and I am very impressed by the smooth ride and how they handle the streets with such ease. Definitely going to continue to purchase products.

Don’t let the “all season” fool you. They definitely deserve to have the M/S on the side wall. I would even argue the 3PMSF. They are super grippy in the snow and cold. Seemed to be quiet and comfortable. They have been out in plus degree weather and -20 and handled with ease. Tread life is amazing as well. They look sleek and the design is smooth. Highly recommend these tires. You do really get what you paid for.
