I have been buying and using these jumbo shrimp for a few years now because I love how easy they are to use. Cocktail shrimp is as easy as throwing some of these into a pot of boiling water for several minutes; grilled shrimp or stir fry is as easy as thawing some and then throwing them on the grill or in the wok. Easy peasy! So many different ways to use them. I have bought fresh shrimp before but I find it such a mess to have to peel them and prep them for cooking, so now I just use these frozen ones. Simple!

Shrimp was bad. First clue was the smell. I should have looked at the package when I grabbed it, but I was buying 4 packages and assumed they would all be fine like the first bag I grabbed. Shrimp seemed as if it was left unthawed for too long and then frozen after it went bad. I didn't have time to go back and return the bag and went with a batch of shrimp that was smaller than I had planned for.

The shrimp had good texture and good taste. They took a LONG time to thaw out in the refrigerator, certainly more than overnight was required, and even finishing the process with running water took more time than most frozen shrimp. So be prepared if you are in ahurry. But the quality was good for pan broiling and kebabs once I got them unfrozen, clean and dry.

I love this product. It has saved my butt more than once as far as in a pinch dinners go. Just pop them in some heavy duty aluminum foil with some garlic butter and Old Bay seasoning close it up throw them on the grill for 10-15 mins, make some rice and serve. Well worth the cost for me. I get 4-5 meals out of one bag, but it’s just my husband and I.

I like that this shrimp is chemical free with no added preservatives. It is very convenient to have it peeled, cleaned and deveined. It only takes 2 minutes per side to cook so I can have it ready in a flash. I enjoy the jumbo size as you feel like you have really had some shrimp! A very healthy addition to your diet.

Pasta, salad, sushi, Italian everything... I keep three or four of these bags in my freezer at all times. I am single and cooking for one is a challenge. I also like to host impromptu back yard parties. The price is great, the quality is unsurpassed and because it is raw I can add spices as needed for my recipe

Pretty good sub for fresh shrimp, especially since it is already peeled and deveined. You do have to go thru them before you put them in the pan/pot, as you might run into a little piece of shell or one that wasn't deveined all the way. Doesn't happen to me very often. The flavor is very good.

Good for lazy people. It is great price and size. I cooked it for almost every week with noodles, broccoli, celery or salt pepper shrimp. You just need to take it out from freezer and put it in cooler a day before you cook or rinse it with running water. After you clean it out. You can use the paper towels to dry it off and added some corn starch before you cook. You can pan fry it like a restaurant style.

The only shrimp I have purchased for several years now. I use them in so many dishes , especially in my lemon veggie pasta dinner. I have sautéed in butter & chili sauce , coated & fried and grilled on skewers w/ veggies. Always a winner in our home.

Members Mark Jumbo Raw Shrimp are flavorful and easy to prepare. They are my choice for cooking with pasta or making shrimp fried rice. When ready to cook, I place the shrimp in a bowl of room temperature water and they thaw in a few minutes. Just pinch the tail to remove the shell. These shrimp are so big, I cut into three pieces for my recipies.
