Pasta, salad, sushi, Italian everything... I keep three or four of these bags in my freezer at all times. I am single and cooking for one is a challenge. I also like to host impromptu back yard parties. The price is great, the quality is unsurpassed and because it is raw I can add spices as needed for my recipe

They were delicious! No prep work needed on these at all..nothing to be removed......... I defrosted, boiled 3.5 mins in water with salt, tiny bit of sugar and real lemon juice and then plunged in icebath. Every shrimp tasted delicious and firm. Will order these every time!

The shrimp had good texture and good taste. They took a LONG time to thaw out in the refrigerator, certainly more than overnight was required, and even finishing the process with running water took more time than most frozen shrimp. So be prepared if you are in ahurry. But the quality was good for pan broiling and kebabs once I got them unfrozen, clean and dry.

Shrimp was bad. First clue was the smell. I should have looked at the package when I grabbed it, but I was buying 4 packages and assumed they would all be fine like the first bag I grabbed. Shrimp seemed as if it was left unthawed for too long and then frozen after it went bad. I didn't have time to go back and return the bag and went with a batch of shrimp that was smaller than I had planned for.

I love these shrimp! The bag lasts a while for 2 people. This is a good buy.
