The Best!

The best broccoli and cheese soup that I've ever had.

Found wood in soup

They changed the recipe so it's not as good as it use to be. We also found wood in both containers

reply from Member's Mark Team

We are so disappointed you had a bad experience with our Member’s Mark Broccoli Cheddar Soup, TB. We appreciate your honest feedback and will pass it along to our Culinary Team. However, to answer your concerns - we have not changed the recipe, and the “wood” substance you found is actually a broccoli stem that appears to be overcooked. This is one of our best Member’s Mark soups (4.3 stars with +1000 reviews), so you may have got a bad batch. Regardless, we let you down and want to remind you that all Member’s Mark items come with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Please feel free to return the opened soup to your Sam's Club for a full refund.

Very bland. Nowhere near Panera’s broccoli cheddar soup.

Too much Dijon

Not sure if it was just this batch but all I could taste was the Dijon mustard. Not good.

Where's the broccoli

Contains absolutely no broccoli only the stems of the broccoli. Good taste just minus the broccoli.
