We put our shed together with the YT video provided. It was pretty straight forward for my husband and I. We received duplicate parts for a roof section. I called to ask for the correct part and to my surprise it came in just a few days! Wow! So now we can get our roof done before the weather turns. Yessss! Thanks Lifetime. We are looking forward to getting our second shed from you.

Loved the customer service. Hardware arrived the next day so we could finish assembly. The instructions for this item were atrocious. We have been putting projects together for over 40 years and this was only difficult due to the instructions. The shed went together beautifully.

This can either make or break a relationship as you put it together. Thankfully, this didn’t break us. It is tedious. The finished product was alright. Although there were gaps that I had to fill after it was fully installed. Note. I noticed some water at the base a few days after installing it, but I can’t find the hole.

This shed is exactly what we needed. Has plenty of room and is aesthetically pleasing. However, it takes quite a bit of time to put it together. Pieces and parts are well marked and coordinated with the instruction manual. Be warned to plan for the better part of a day to assemble.

The Customer Service call line in Utah was amazing, with parts easy to order from a friendly rep, it arrived quickly, no charge. The manual and videos are extremely helpful (if you can get the guys actually assembling the shed to read or watch them first - ha ha.)

Love the extra storage this shed affords us. Time consuming to assemble, but well worth the effort. So far customer service has been excellent! Needed skylights for the new shed, two of the original ones where damaged. Very prompt and curious service getting the issue resolved! They sent them right away.

I saw this shed at Sam's and i had to have it. Very sturdy and i love the color. Most importantly I had an issue with a part. Jonathan took care of me. Called me back when I requested it. Emailed me pictures. Simply one of the best customer service experiences in a long time. I'd buy another Lifetime product in a second.

As many people stated, the most work was in setting up our foundation and leveling the ground. We used concrete deck block and made a frame from treated wood then used treated plywood. Setting up the shed itself is quite simple and the videos are useful. It took my husband and I a complete day to assemble, but that also includes a lunch and taking care of younger kids. It withstood a midwest windstorm on its first night. It has rained several times already and it is dry inside. I really like it.

I bought this shed in spring and just installed it just now. All parts were there, in perfect condition. One skylight support snapped when screwed in, the last very part installed, but tech support shipped it right away free of charge. Leveling and building the base will take some time, so plan in advance. I also had to build a ramp. Highly recommended!

Was worried after reading some of the reviews about the assembly instructions and they're all a bunch of bunk. The instructions were very clear, understandable, and everything organized perfectly. As my 15-yr old son said as we worked on it together, it was like a Lego set. The individual bags of parts for each step and outside of a few muscle required difficulties, had it up and functioning perfectly in 1 day. The ONLY issue I had was a few of the segments of the roof were somewhat difficult to get in place but that probably had more to do with my initial preparation than anything. Excellent construction and the braces for the walls and the truss system give confidence it'll last for quite some time. We had a wind storm (derecho storm of 120mph wind) that took down our previous non-Lifetime shed and I can see already that this one will be far more sturdy even in the toughest weather. I also enjoy the use of the shelving system and hooks and the availability of other accessories. As I get used to it, I'm certain I'll be purchasing something else. Thank you for making a great product. And, did I mention the good family time teaching my youngsters how to do things like this?
