I mean 10/10. it is Bob Evans and at a decent price. I have recently replaced beef for this in a lot of my dishes because beef is getting pricey and a lot of people don't eat pork, so it's still affordable. Tastes great. Seriously, try swapping out ground beef for this. You really don't even have to season it much.

Great price for the large package. I use all Bob Evans sausages and love them. Hopefully you will start carrying the Hot and Italian too.

Its Bob Evans sausage, it is the best breakfast sausage. Makes great sausage gravy, cut into patties and cook very quickly in the oven, cooked like ground beef and add it to omeletts, chefs kiss!

I love the one pound size. And buy it often, it fits my needs. The one pound was not available. This two pound was the replacement. I cut it in two and used it twice. It was delicious as always.

had ordered the italian sausage, but this was the substitute and stillngood. i really wantd the italian flavors so i added fennel seed snd a bit of red pepper. mixed let it sit overnight. super good.
