we fry it up with diced potatoes cheese and eggs and peppers and make breakfast bowls for the freezer

What can I say it's Bob Evans. Good price

like the size perfect for making sausage and biscuits

Bob Evans so sausage is the best and the best there will ever be.

Taste is like a breakfast sausage!

Best breakfast sausage on the market!!! lean and flavorful, perfect for breakfast casseroles , appetizers or in place of ground pork in recipes!!

The number one sausage ever. I use this for breakfast patties, sausage gravy and mixing it in my bean recipe

You can't beat the price on this. I just wish they'd bring back the sausage links. I buy this every time I go to the club.

Great tasting. The price was decent.

Normally I would give this a great review and 5 stars, however, the sausage log had blue plastic fragments in it and I had to throw it out. This seems to be an on-going issue with Bob Evans. What a shame, hopefully, they can finally address the issue.
